In Short Loved this place until today! treated terribly...slow service...food was Luke warm..moms food cooked incorrectly we were MADE to pay for it...wouldn't recook...asked for the manager...GM was home young guy in the kitchen was the one running the restaurant refused to recook food because we tasted it??? $200 lost terrible experience will never go back
For the last 4 years whenever my sister and brother in law come to visit from out of town we have made it a point to visit Craft burger. Today 3/24/25 into our 5th year we visited only to be waiting too long for our order as we watched at least 3 parties be seated and served as we waited for our order. The food is excellent. I have to compliment the staff. They’re not in your way. They’re not overly pushy. They know their menu and they’re extremely professional. It’s just nice to go to a restaurant where the staff actually know their job and keep everything clean and try and keep up with the table without being in the way.
