Amazing cookies might give you diabetes though
I’m giving this location 1 star not because of the quality of the cookies; but the lack of customer service here. I’ve been to this location 3 times in the past two months and the customer service is awful. I walk into this location and it’s two young girls and a guy ( who is usually in his own world). I’m not expecting anyone to come running once counter for conversation; but a simple”hi , welcome to Crumbl “ or even acknowledging my existence would be nice . And might I add this around 10:30-11:00 ; and they are not busy ! So I head to the kiosk to place my order because let’s be real.. they never ask if I need any help. I placed my order .. nothing . One girl peered at me as she held her head up and again nothing.. mute! Finally , the other young girl walked over and dropped the cookies on the counter and said “ does this look okay”.. at this point I could care less .. I guess $24 dollars for 4 cookies doesn’t warrant good customer service. Cookies are great.. I will drove to another location, where the employees actually speak to everyone.
Not a fault of the store but my order was delivered 1 hour late… unacceptable, nothing was done when I called the store either, they said “oh well it should get picked up soon” but door dash fell through and sucks
Fast service and friendly staff. This is our favorite location to get Crumbl.
