The whole experience was incredible! The staff was so understanding and were very sweet throughout the whole process. We wanted to do a One piece themed cake and ended up asking for Luffys fruit. It came out even better than we could have hoped for, and my son loves the flavor (we got cookies and creme). If you need a custom cake, this is the place to go!

Nice place for simple designs. Wouldn’t recommend for anything new or trendy. Very disappointed with my vintage heart cake i got from here. There were barely any designs and it just looked messy and plain. Not like the vintage heart cakes you would see on Instagram. I must say, however, you get for what you pay for. This cake was $50 whereas another place had charged $150 for the same design but a smaller cake.

I got so many compliments on this cake. So many people said it was the best wedding cake they’d ever had. It’s been almost 4 years since my wedding and my mom still talks about the cake and the icing ? I also added a picture of my birthday cake.

I ordered a chocolate cake with vanilla icing. The cake was dry and the icing was stiff, greasy, and chunks were falling off by the time I got home. Also, after eating the cake, everyone at my house has had terrible diarrhea. It seems that the cake was not refrigerated properly. Could be salmonella poisoning. I am contemplating filing a complaint with the VDH. $42 is way too much for a 8" cake.
I received the best German chocolate cake ever! Whoever baked this cake put their entire leg on this cake!? My family and I have thoroughly enjoyed this cake. Thank you

I requested a mean T. rex cup cake cake and didn’t expect this , they went above and beyond . My son really loved it and I received so many compliments on the presentation alone. The actual cup cakes was soooooo good and moist. Customer service was top notch and well worth every penny, Thank you soo much ! I strongly recommend them.

We contracted with them to make a cake for our Mother's 90th birthday and were so happy with the result. Ava took our order, used the invitation graphics as a template and the result was beautiful... right down to the colors. The almond flavor cake itself was moist and delicious. Our Mother was so pleased! This is the second time we have engaged their services and we will certainly hire them again in the future. Thank you!!!

It was 2 weeks before my sons 7th birthday, I had contacted a bakery I’ve patronized before to order a cake and was told they were booked up through the date of his party.I turned to Google and found the Custom Cake Shoppe, they were able to fulfill my order for a Jurassic themed cake in time for his party! I had never had any prior knowledge of them or eaten their cakes before, so it was a step in faith that the cake would not only look good, but taste great as well. This was important to me as I am a baker (hint: I’m picky) and had made my sons cakes every year since he turned 1. We were not disappointed! The yellow cake was moist & flavorful, and the buttercream perfectly sweet! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will use them for our custom cake needs from now on! Thank you!!!
