I love the blizzards but I only took a star off because I ordered a mint Oreo blizzard and when I was handed the blizzard it didn't look like mint, just a regular but he insisted it was mint. It wasn't though.

They said they were closed but we got there at 9:45 and online it says they close at 10. Later while we were leaving I saw them get ice after they said they “ran out”.

Woman in drive thru had a major attitude and we could barely hear her over the speaker. When we got to the window she barely said anything and after she gave us our food she just turned and walked away without a word.
Here we go again... As suggested by Dairy Queen management, I tried this place again and love and behold where we are not even to Halloween and the staff states Dairy Queen no longer serves the Pumpkin Blizzard for the year! Really?! Who or what top executive management made this decision?! Needless to say my last time...I would rather make my own at home from now on! Dairy Queen...you will not last long due to poor management decisions and customer relations! poor, poor, poor business!!

Management here apparently doesn't know that chocolate is an ice cream flavor because they never have it. Thankfully there are other Dairy Queens reasonably close that understand the basic concept of supply and demand.

Just went to get some ice cream at 7pm on a Friday night and there were cones blocking both of the drive thru window areas and when we passed by the window a female employee ducked down real quick to hide like there was no one inside the building and there was a male employee right behind her.. No signs stating anything???

Poorly mixed blizzards. Huge chunks of pumpkin puree that made my blizzard look completely unappetizing. Husbands blizzard barely mixed and look like was skimped.
