Upset to have write this, usually a nice experience with Dairy Queen, but today was not the best. First issue were the fries were WAY over salted! We tried to deal and just eat them anyways, but they were uneatable. When we requested new fries, staff did agree to make fresh new ones no problem. That should have been enough to fix the experience….well while dining we could hear what we believe to be the Manager talking to his staff and he said loud enough for the restaurant to hear, and I quote: “Do you have your head set on? Is it working? Is your brain working? That’s a legit question.” I could not believe he spoke to his staff like that! That was completely uncalled for and so rude! It was not in a joking manner at all, just down right disrespectful. I don’t care if your food or prices are good, the way management treats staff is the most important and that was enough to ruin my whole experience there! That manager should be ashamed! All staff were working hard and doing great job. Do better management!

I love going to this DQ. I truly do. I'll even order them two or three times a week when I'm working. It's great and tasty whether you go to the restaurant or order them to your work or home.

They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was enjoyable, chatting with me while my order was being prepared and ensuring I had everything I needed. Everything was amazing we had great service! The bacon cheese burger was alright. Cheese curds and blizzards were awesome. First time dining in a DQ with everything on the menu. We will definitely come back. Great staff!

We’ve visited this location a few times and every time we do visit, it is welcoming, clean and friendly staff. From the looks of it, the managers are out and about getting stuff done with their employees and enjoying at the same time. Keep at it!

Usual Good icecream but the building needed some heat. It was 67 in the dining room. That's cold when eating icecream
