Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

My wife asked for two fish sandwiches with extra tartor sauce no lettuce. One of the sandwiches had no lettuce and a smidge of tartor sauce . It was also over cooked. The other had lettuce and barely tartor sauce .
I called back to advise and the girl who answer was very unapologetic. She said it wasn't the cooks fault but those taken the order. My disappointment is she didn't provide a solution. Usually a fast food restaurant would offer to fix it or provide some credit. While talking to this young lady(a manager) In the background I could hear kids laughing. With a staff clowning around a mistake is more likely to happen. I will never go back again.

I've been going to this Dairy Queen for a few years now, the best way to describe it is it's like the Chic fil a of burgers.
It is always clean and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The napkins are large and soft unlike most restaurants these days where the little napkin smells and feels like it was recycled the day before.
Their burgers and hotdogs are some of the best in fast food. Their ice cream and blizzards need no introduction, simply the best.
I never miss a chance to get a burger and a blizzard when I'm in the area, highly recommend!

This location is by far the best in state. Normally not the biggest fan of Dairy Queen, but this location knows how to deliver great service! Staff were really friendly and the food was so good! And I love that they are playing Christmas Music year round. 10/10 would recommend!

Came in here late at night, and the staff were still friendly and helped our large group get what we wanted. The ice cream was great but the flavor and Oreos in my Blizzard only went halfway down my dessert. As we walked out the floor felt a little sticky but that being said, it was late and a lot of customers were there before us. Food was good and the people friendly, I think that's what counts!

This is my local Dairy Queen, but I've never eaten there. I arrive as a doordasher all the time and they are very polite and kind. They might want to watch all the side talk behind the counters, we can hear what they're talking about and arguing about but you know those moments happen.

We ordered to go. They were busy but got our food out quickly, and it was all there.

Upset to have write this, usually a nice experience with Dairy Queen, but today was not the best. First issue were the fries were WAY over salted! We tried to deal and just eat them anyways, but they were uneatable. When we requested new fries, staff did agree to make fresh new ones no problem. That should have been enough to fix the experience….well while dining we could hear what we believe to be the Manager talking to his staff and he said loud enough for the restaurant to hear, and I quote: “Do you have your head set on? Is it working? Is your brain working? That’s a legit question.” I could not believe he spoke to his staff like that! That was completely uncalled for and so rude! It was not in a joking manner at all, just down right disrespectful. I don’t care if your food or prices are good, the way management treats staff is the most important and that was enough to ruin my whole experience there! That manager should be ashamed! All staff were working hard and doing great job. Do better management!

I love going to this DQ. I truly do. I'll even order them two or three times a week when I'm working. It's great and tasty whether you go to the restaurant or order them to your work or home.
