I won't come back to this Dairy Queen. When we ordered the person who took our order seemed like she could not be bothered or was bothered by working. Then when another lady handed us our order she was not friendly either. It was not like they were understaffed because there was at least 5 people working in such a small area. Next time I will either go across the street to Baskin Robin's or drive further down the highway to the next Dairy Queen .

This dairy queen does not answer the phone. I placed a door dash and tried to call because I forgot to have an item removed because of an allergy and no one answered

The one on landstown is leagues better. Mobile ordered and then immediately got in the drive Thru line and somehow the order was still melted. They also asked us to prove that the order was ours and "where is the name on your mobile order screen?". The mobile order screen does not list your name, only the items. Probably melted in that time they were trying to make us prove our order was ours.

Paid for extra candy in my blizzard and didn’t get it and didn’t notice until I began eating it and it was nothing not even normal amount of candy.. just pure ice cream. The heavy set white guy who gave me this…. Zero stars

I just ate my last blizzard from this location. Every order is not only screwed up in some way, but every single one also only has the fillings through the top half of the cup. This time I was less than 1/3 of the way through when I hit just plain vanilla ice cream. This has been going on for a couple years now. Enough is enough!!!

The attendant was very nice. Very nice. The whole staff was overwhelmed with the rush. My Blizzard was very good but my first two choices were sold out.

Dairy Queen is an okay spot for a quick treat. The service is decent, and the wait time is usually pretty short, which is a plus. However, this location often seems to be short on something, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a convenient place for a quick bite, but there's room for improvement in keeping the items stocked.

I really hate to do this to you dairy queen but it has to be said. My wife and i have made it a wednesday tradition for the past 8 months to go to this dairy queen. We absolutely loved your blizzards. It's a sad thing but, after tonight it will be our last night. The past 5 times we've been have just been extremely sub par. It feels like you have cut back on quality of ingredients to go into the blizzards. Like cardboard cut outs of what was once great ingredients. Also the ice cream is lacking flavor. This was chance number 5 we gave our beloved dairy queen. But 5 times a disappointment. Maybe the economy finally got to you. Remember, quality over quantity, that's what keeps customers coming back.
