I really hate to do this to you dairy queen but it has to be said. My wife and i have made it a wednesday tradition for the past 8 months to go to this dairy queen. We absolutely loved your blizzards. It's a sad thing but, after tonight it will be our last night. The past 5 times we've been have just been extremely sub par. It feels like you have cut back on quality of ingredients to go into the blizzards. Like cardboard cut outs of what was once great ingredients. Also the ice cream is lacking flavor. This was chance number 5 we gave our beloved dairy queen. But 5 times a disappointment. Maybe the economy finally got to you. Remember, quality over quantity, that's what keeps customers coming back.

Everytime I pay and ask for extra toppings in a blast it is never received. And they obviously don't know how to answer a phone.
The staff here are always friendly and efficient. We go about once a month.

Okay when you ask for extra reeces in your blizzard and pay for extra, you should get it. Maybe the amount was reduced but it isn't the same as before. I understand cost controls and increases but if the amount is less, fine tell me and I'll pay for 3 times the amount. I don't care, but just inform me if the change if it is changed.

The hours state they are open till 10pm but they are closing at 9:21. Not very happy.
My gf absolutely loves Dairy Queen however they are always closed when we go. If you're gonna be closed change your hours on google

09/14/23Wanted a blizzard so I stopped by this DQ. The staff was very nice and fast. They took my order and had me back on the road in minutes. Very nice. I would go back.

I got a snickerdoodle cookie dough blizzard and it was mainly ice cream. This location's blizzards are always like this but we go tonit because its nearby. After this time, we wont be back. It doesn't matter what size I get(usually a mini or small), there is always little to no toppings in it. If I wanted plain ice cream, I would have ordered that. If you're going to this location to get a blizzard, don't. Hopefully another one will actually give you a blizzard.

Went thru Drive-Thru to get a $7 chicken meal and they did not have any chicken meal I would very unhappy I wanted a chicken tender meal and they don't carry any chicken tenders other dairy Queens has them but this went down
