I got scammed for two milkshakes!! Ididn't want to argue I just got there I got two smalls now how does that add up to 21$?!!! I feel like they had me pay someone else's meal next time I'm make a scene and won't be pretty never going back! And im local smh

The prices for this Dairy Queen is a bit on the high side, due to its location on the ocean front. We had two Blizzards, which was okay, but was a bit melty and not cold enough when we received it.

I came to this Dairy Queen with my family on Saturday February 15, 2025 and my family and I had horrible customer service. My son asked for utensils and the Employee taking the order named Emily told my son they didn’t have any. When I went to order my food and asked who told my son there was no utensils they said they never told him that. I asked for the manager and they refused to give me the managers information. I witnessed them saying no and turning him away as I sat in the car watching. All the employees in that office were rude and laughing. The only employee who seemed to have some respect was the cook who handed me the food with utensils and napkins. When I work with my staff as a general manager of my shops I make sure we treat everyone with respect and dignity. This was very disappointing to experience on our family Valentines escape. If you are the manager of this chain I hope you all can get it together and work on exceptional customer service.

It was freezing cold out but got a Peanut Buster Parfait anyway, lol! The only thing that wasn’t nice was the price. Set me back 10 bucks!

They are very rude. Snatching receipts out of customers hands and being aggressive when handing the food out. They have poor mannerisms and maturity. The food is alright but they are slow.

Only docking a star because my small blizzard with strawberries and cone dip was just a bit over $8. I can only imagine part of the reason is the location being on the beach having a higher rent, but still felt a bit like price gouging. 🤷♂️
