The prices for this Dairy Queen is a bit on the high side, due to its location on the ocean front. We had two Blizzards, which was okay, but was a bit melty and not cold enough when we received it.

I came to this Dairy Queen with my family on Saturday February 15, 2025 and my family and I had horrible customer service. My son asked for utensils and the Employee taking the order named Emily told my son they didn’t have any. When I went to order my food and asked who told my son there was no utensils they said they never told him that. I asked for the manager and they refused to give me the managers information. I witnessed them saying no and turning him away as I sat in the car watching. All the employees in that office were rude and laughing. The only employee who seemed to have some respect was the cook who handed me the food with utensils and napkins. When I work with my staff as a general manager of my shops I make sure we treat everyone with respect and dignity. This was very disappointing to experience on our family Valentines escape. If you are the manager of this chain I hope you all can get it together and work on exceptional customer service.

It was very expensive and had to wait forever for two tender meals. Very small portions of food. My fries were also soggy.

It was freezing cold out but got a Peanut Buster Parfait anyway, lol! The only thing that wasn’t nice was the price. Set me back 10 bucks!

They are very rude. Snatching receipts out of customers hands and being aggressive when handing the food out. They have poor mannerisms and maturity. The food is alright but they are slow.

Food was nothing more than okay. The bathrooms alone was enough to make you lose your appetite.
Only docking a star because my small blizzard with strawberries and cone dip was just a bit over $8. I can only imagine part of the reason is the location being on the beach having a higher rent, but still felt a bit like price gouging. 🤷♂️

The manager was refusing us to buy a meal for a homeless man. They said they simply could not serve him food. Even though we never stated the food was for the man, they just assumed that it was. The manager was then keeping an eye out on us, to make sure we did not give this man any food. No one should deny anyone food, plain and simple. The man never begged for money, he just simply said that he was hungry and hasn’t ate in 2 days. Disgusting behavior for the man in charge of the restaurant, even more disgusting that the cashier called the manager to ask if it was okay for us to buy him food. They should NOT be the face of the Dairy Queen company. Disgusting behavior. Disgusting attitude. Last time I checked, someone buying someone else food does NOT come out of their paycheck.. hopefully they find a new manager soon!

Parking: Don't stay in a parking spot if you're done eating ?...please be mindful of others that are trying to Park and enjoy the resort cities favorite ice cream ?
Kid-friendliness: Children go up to the counter with big smiles ? then after great service and friendly staff creativity, they walk away with even bigger eyes ?
