This location has been great! The managers Nate and Jeremiah are always super friendly and very eager to assist when issues arise. I would recommend.

Possibly train the staff a bit better. We got 2 waters, 2 seltzers an order of pretzel sticks and a $50 play card based on what the waitress told us about a discount, Our bill came in at $100+. I scanned a promo QR that stated I would get $20 in free play which I never got and apparently D&B doesn't honor the eat and play option after 5PM. It's been a long time since I've visited prior to this trip and it most likely will be even longer this time around.

I'm such a fan of this place!! I don't get a chance to go out often so when I do, I want a truly awesome experience; I've definitely found it. Great food (I had wings and shared nachos with my friends,) fun games that I'd forgotten how much I enjoy, and this one dessert drink I forgot the name of but it was delicious. I'll definitely be coming back soon.

I had such an amazing time! The manager, Chris, even came over to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and asked if he could get us anything else. I was super impressed especially since they were busy. I also played the games and found the children and young adults very polite and respectful. Everyone seemed to be having a blast! Will for sure go back, oh and get the ribeye!!

Food was comparable to taking a bite of cardboard seasoned with asphalt. Service was meh, and overall, wait time was insane. I would rather have gone to a McDonald's as the food would have been more appetizing. Had to wait to get all of the dishes, and one was taken back because they forgot the CHICKEN. Only regret was not asking for the entire bill to be comped. Seriously, I would avoid this place's restaurant. It's dave and busters, so I don't expect much food wise, but microwaved earth worms sound better.

I took my son for his birthday and was a little disappointed. Prices of games and prizes have skyrocketed and why would you pay for an even amount of plays, but then charge uneven amounts for the games? For example, why are games 11.9 or 7.4 credits? Just make them an even amount so you have an even amount available left to play with! Other than that, it was a fun experience.
Kid-friendliness: For children under 10, I would suggest taking them to Chuck E. Cheese instead, as there's a lot of adults drinking and it's extremely crowded on the weekends.

The arcade machines kept charging me twice several times.. waste of money. Won't be going back.
Half of the machines in this establishment are inoperable. After spending 150 dollars to purchase tokens for my kids. It's extremely frustrating to see them lose credits repeatedly from games that don't function properly. We had a party of 7 with reservations for 6:15. We were not seated until 720pm. We ordered drinks and food. That didn't arrive for an additional 50 minutes. Atleast the food was decent. Our drinks weren't refilled, we requested togo boxes we never received and when it came time to pay the bill, the payment system was inoperable. I attempted to login to my D&B account for discounts but it was conveniently not functioning properly and when my waitress attempted to apply a military discount this function was also conveniently unavailable. It's almost as if D&Bs purposefully disabled this function. Our options were to pay the full amount with no rewards and no discounts or wait an undisclosed amount of time with 5 kids for a manager to come and give me some generic excuse about their system having problems. After spending three hundred dollars here. Surge and the mexican resturant looks far more desirable.
