An impromptu stop at the newest location in Ocean View in Norfolk recently did not disappoint! Having dined many times at the original Holland Rd VB location we were already expecting an on point experience!

The waitress was nice but not very present. The food was mediocre, and I probably won't visit again. I had mofongo, and it was very bland. The rice wasn't bad, and for a Spanish restaurant, the pork definitely could have tasted better.

Pernil was dry. They had no expresso, how can a Hispanic restaurant not have expresso? The porkchops that my wife ordered were dry as well. On the plus side they were able to accommodate my vegan guest.
