I hear a lot of people rave about this restaurant, so I’m sure that most of the food is decent. But I can’t recommend them based on my negative experience.
I wanted to order the Cubano Sandwich, but with a different cheese than the standard Swiss, as I’m not able to eat Swiss cheese. I was told that this request could not be accommodated, because the meat and cheese are already prepped.

An impromptu stop at the newest location in Ocean View in Norfolk recently did not disappoint! Having dined many times at the original Holland Rd VB location we were already expecting an on point experience!
The decor, hostess, bar service and -ambiance were all warm & inviting.

Our favorite spot when we travel to Va beach, we eat here at least twice even if we just make a 1 night trip. Best Puerto Rican restaurant that I’ve had in Virginia. Please bring a location to Richmond Va ❤️
