Food was excellent and our waiter was great too. The only issue I found is that the restaurant theme is not Puerto Rican at all. Its all over the place. If you do not care for the ambiance, I recommend.

Definitely prejudice towards the black community. From walking into the facility and no one even acknowledged me just assumed I was picking up a to go order for Makayla. Like I couldn’t have wanted to sit down and eat. Two gentlemen came in after me of the same decent and were offered a table immediately then To the lady of the restaurant offering me a menu and I told her I didn’t need one because I knew what I wanted. She then proceeds to walk off and get on a FaceTime call 😭 yea definitely prejudice

OMG I had a blast. Food is excellent!!! Uff, if you've never been there, you should go snd prepare your stomach, they serve alot. Me and my hubby had to get take out trays but their chef rolls the ball. It is a family atmosphere restaurant and the servers are very attemptive to your needs. Will go 100 times more.

Food was good. The bistec encebollado was disappointing with very little onions at all (the whole idea is to have it smothered in onions!). The yuca al mojo was the only thing amazing! Music was good. Service was not great. Waiter took our order but never came back to check on us the entire time we were there. Eventually we had to call him over so we could get the check. Disappointed.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. Service was prompt and efficient throughout our visit. We ordered the Piña Colada and Shrimp Mofongo with Creole sauce, along with chicken empanadas to start. The timing was perfect—just as we finished our appetizer, our entrées arrived. A seamless and satisfying dining experience!

I hear a lot of people rave about this restaurant, so I’m sure that most of the food is decent. But I can’t recommend them based on my negative experience. I wanted to order the Cubano Sandwich, but with a different cheese than the standard Swiss, as I’m not able to eat Swiss cheese. I was told that this request could not be accommodated, because the meat and cheese are already prepped. It’s a sandwich. So they had already placed portions of meat and cheese together - and refused to remove or replace the Swiss cheese. I asked if they could make me one with meat and cheese that had not yet been proportioned, and was denied that request as well. This was a very simple request for a SANDWICH, which they refused to accommodate. Very odd and off-putting. I settled for their empanadas, which were nothing special. I went for a Cubano and was very disappointed. I hope their customer experience improves for those that choose to dine there.

I had my birthday dinner here and was very disappointed. We went to Puerto Rico for my birthday last year and thought it’d be fun to introduce my extended family to Puerto Rican food. The ocean view location is MUCH better. No AC, our food didn’t come out all on time (some not even at all), and the service wasn’t the best. We’ll take our party elsewhere next time. 😕

The food at this place is wonderful. Everything we tried, from the starters to the main dishes, was authentic and tasteful. The atmosphere was normal, nothing out of the ordinary, and the decoration was nice. The biggest area of opportunity was the service. I had ordered a prosecco and it was served at room temperature. When I mentioned it to our server, she took it back to the bar and the bartender added ice to chill it and then removed it 🫨, obviously the effervescence was gone and the entire body of a prosecco was diluted. Overall, the experience was ok, but it was worth the tasteful dishes.
