1st Order was Wrong. Chicken fried steak was NASTY!!

This Denny’s is always outta something. But it’s me and the boys spot to go to at 3-4 am in the morning after working 10-12 shifts.

If I can give no stars i would! My husband and I showed up to eat and enjoy the place but walked out!
From the start we were the only customers that showed up half the restaurant was closed for mopping, etc. Totally cool with that. However, when we showed up, there were 2 female workers that didn't acknowledge us say hello, welcome us nothing. Just walked very slowly to the podium while talking to each other. My husband asked, are you guys close? It felt like we were bothering them to serve us.I did not trust them to serve us in the back of the house when they prepared or made any of the food. There was another worker with his feet stretched out to the point where he had to step over him to go in the restaurant and he looked bothered that I opened the front door bad vive at this location. Mind you we are from at a town so not use to this type of hospitality in this area

went to this location tonight and when I got there I noticed that they weren't busy at all. waited 15 minutes for someone to take my order and when I complained about it taking so long the person who claimed to be the manager got an attitude with me. After I placed my order I waited another 30 minutes and nobody even started to make my order and the person who claimed to be the manager was rude and told me that she wasn't going to make my order. I was then told to leave or the police would be called I was also told that I was banned from the place.
The night employees are hood and ratchet and have 0 customer service

This is my favorite Dennys. The cookes season everything so well. The servers are always awesome. It's always a great time with family here.

Went in for lunch. We were seated and Hostess/Waitress, not to long of a wait. There wasn't a line and they may have been busy prior to us arriving due to the tables not being cleaned.
While we waited we listened to front staff argue with the cook about orders being wrong. One even yelled across the restaurant. We sat there for 15 minutes waiting for at least a drink order to be taken. No one showed up and the Waitress never came back.

They served lemons that someone else squeezed. Lady kept walking around with the sane dirty gloves on. Atmosphere is dirty. And to top it off didn't ask how I wanted my eggs brought out scrambled eggs that tasted just like powdered eggs it was disgusting. Came hungry left dissatisfied. Not a good experience today.

The poor waitress is the only person working in the entire restaurant. Shame on management, it took ages to get seated, ordered, and then finally given cold food in a restaurant with only two other patrons.

As a restaurant owner, I hate leaving bad reviews, but sometimes they are warranted. I arrived about 1030am on a Sunday and the restaurant was dead. I was seated at a booth that had crumbs all over the seats, I looked around and all the other tables were this way. Crumbs also littered the entire floor. The waitress brought my coffee which had clearly been sitting on the warmer for far too long. When I finally got my order in it took forever to come out, and unfortunately came out cold. I sucked it up for the most part but the biscuits and gravy were bitter and ice cold. No sight of my waitress, never bothered to ask how things are, finally someone asked to remove my empty plates and I asked about getting the biscuits heated up. This of course took forever too and still no sign of my waitress. Finally I got up to go to the register to pay. This is about the only saving grace, someone finally came to help me and when I asked to just pay for my food they said not to worry about it.
Save your money and time and go elsewhere. It is obvious this store needs an entire overhaul and new management who will hold their staff accountable.
