The burger wasn’t cooked the way I ordered it. The fries was overcooked and I mentioned it to the server. Nothing was done about it. My husband ordered onion rings. They bought out fries, but they did replace them with fries, but they were overcooked as well. Very dissatisfied.

Food was as expected, decent but not exciting. The bill though. Upcharge on scrambled eggs, black coffee cost as much as Starbucks but not even as much coffee as a Starbucks small as refills were sparse. Syrup was also a let down. Flavorless.

The service was awful, they brought us pancakes that we didn't order and we ordered a English muffin with no butter it came out with butter we sent it back and didn't get a new one till we done eatingwe ordered the bacon well done and it had to go back because it was almost raw

The Food was burnt all the hash browns were over cooked we waited 11/2 hours before our order was taken the French toast was only toast with syrup on it, it’s clear that the cooks didn’t understand presentation, it was an awful experience! Me or my family or my friends or anyone I care about won’t be going back, plus my daughter got sick after eating her food you guys should be shut down!

Walked in and the lady gave us menus to sit ourselves, noticed there were others that had been waiting, menus 8 tables to be exact. She's walking around like the place 30 mins waiting, never once came and asked us for drinks or anything, she sat a table 3 mins later, asked what they wanted... 2nd time in 2 years I've been to a Dennys and they haven't changed, if you're going to be open on a holiday, at least have 2 workers 👎👎👎

My family and I have been waiting over an hour for food, I understand it’s Christmas Day, however inside was no where busy and they were completely ignoring in house orders and focusing on DoorDash orders even while no doordashers where there.

Well, I was really disappointed with the food. My husband really wanted waffles, so that was ordered. They were not good because they had lumps of sugar in every bite. Then when the manager came over she informed us that they don't make them there they just warmed them up. I have had better waffles at a hotel that you make myself. My advice to Denny's is that if you are going to serve waffles do it in house and invest in a waffle iron like the hotel have at the least. They were very insensitive about my husband dislike of the waffles. They didn't do anything to comfort or assure that our visit was pleasant. It's highly highly highly unlikely we will return. It was already quite a while, years to be exact, since our last visit. And this certainly didn't help. Will not recommend Denny's to anyone.

I know it's Thanksgiving but my wife wanted a to go from denny,s today and after waiting 15 minutes at the register just to place our order because there were so many people trying to pay their check because only one employee has access to the register,,the manager I'm assuming,,and she clearly could see the growing line but ignored it,,even though another employee was at the register but did not have access to the register,,and was clearly asking for assistance from the sub standard manager but did not get it in a timely fashion,,so she then called I'm assuming the owner asking for access to the register but it seems she was denied,,but we did eventually make our simple order of chicken fried steak for my wife,,and the order was completed 50 minutes later,,with no apology or anything..clearly the owner and the manager are idiots,,and as a result are losing valuable revenue.very very unhappy with the service tonight,,but I did not make a fuss,,it is Thanksgiving,,maybe I'll buy the location and turn that business into a work of art!!
