After driving 30 min out of my way, fighting traffic, barely finding a parking spot and had to walk all the way over to the building to the ONlY place in VA that still sells Dippin Dots…only to find this place closed. What the heck! Update the website. Do something! Things happen and people don’t show up for work sometimes but at least leave a sign on the door. There was not even a sign that had hours of operation. So unprofessional for paying customers to deal with that. Even on the manufacturer’s website it says the hours of operation. Im not a customer that shows up 2 min before close either, it was 30 min until closing so there is no excuse. Extremely disappointed.

Got these during 4th of July staff was great, sense of humor and the dots were good. They have ALLOT of flavor options for the location.Highly suggest.

This was delicious we loved her everything was arranged and nicely ordered it was beautiful and delicious this was one of the best ice cream places that I have been to! With so much friendly staff and overall a great experience with many wonderful COVID-19 precautions taken!

We went there two nights in a row, and had the same server, Austin. We had fantastic burgers there and tried an Orange Crush. Everything was wonderful! On our second visit, Austin even remembered how we liked our burgers done from the night before. Impressive!
