We didn't even get a chance to dine at this restaurant...picked it specifically because they advertised as dog friendly but when we arrived they politely told me only service dogs...even outside. I'm fine with no dogs, but then don't advertise dog friendly.
We went over to the the Back Deck and were very welcomed with our furry companion inside the porch area. Plus the food was delicious. So if traveling with a furry companion...definitely go to the back deck...

This was one of my very favorite spots! Unfortunately when my husband and I ate here on Saturday 3/1 a roach ran across the ledge of the window at our table 🤢 .. sorry to say I won't be able to eat here again. We squished it with a Ketchup bottle. I hope they removed that Ketchup.....

Four roaches crawled out of the wall while we ate, will not be back. Told the server, they killed one of them with a napkin.

Love the location, however I feel the food was not as good as in times past. Great selection of food, however the quality was not consistent. Tuna not cooked or seasoned..as asked for. Pound of shrimp over cooked…. attention to detail was missing. They did away with the tuna bites… !!!

This is a big YES for great food, good service and atmosphere. If you love seafood and eating in the beauty of a Marina with all of the boats and the water, you're gonna love it here. They have everything you need and want when UT comes to dinning and a store to purchase swag and other memorabilia. You can also purchase raw food from the store.

Really good place by the creek, perfect for a relaxing beer. Good food, and nice staff. Perfect for a sunny day. Shrims are very tasty and the salmón is amazing.

This was our 1st visit in about a year. Disappointing would be an understatement. We have restaurant backgrounds as employees and owners. Look at things a bit differently because of this.
They were not busy nor was there any signs of a recent rush so I expected reasonable service. The confusion of the staff at the hostess station was distressing. We ended up with 3 employees "discussing " how to get us seated in a largely empty dining room. Once seated our server seemed confused about his role and on the menu.
Skipping to our food I was OK but definitely not as good as it used to be.
The big concern was my wife's coleslaw. It was definitely room temp. We notified a server. I explained that I had a ServeSafe for many years and that I would pull all the coleslaw slaw because of safety concerns. She offered and did bring a replacement. It also was room temp.
We flagged down another server and asked to speak to a manager. She made it obvious that that would not happen. I explained again our safety concerns for their guests, let her know my background and that they were risking making people sick. Have no idea if she ever notified management.
Our server finally showed up again to give us our check and he once again disappeared.
Overall our experience felt like we were in a soft open for a new restaurant. After years in both front and back of the house I can feel what is going on in a restaurant. Something was very off this night.
This has been a good place and maybe they just had an bad night. I hope so.

Staff was professional, nice and fast. Food was very over priced for small portions and had very little flavor. Crab cakes had pieces of shell in them, the coleslaw had a soured taste, tartar sauce was not good. Artichoke dip was good but very small for what you pay. You're basically paying for the view here.

We love dining here, especially sitting out on the deck overlooking the water. The ambience is great! The food is so delicious and fresh. Service is very good. Good variety of food choices.

Fishing trips are great. Do not take a boat from the VA Beach coast. This fishing trip is much better, will have you fishing within 30 min. The captain will do his best to put you on the fish.

This place can not be best in the view department. Go! And in the tradition of our ancestors, go early and get the "Early Bird Specials"!!!!!
