Honestly don't know about any other workers but the man working at apr 19th at 12:30 needs a raise or something cause that is how you make a pizza that is how you do things very polite remebers names very sociable like these are the kinds of people company's pray for he was very polite and everything

The food always comes out undercooked and horrible! Don’t let those commercials fool you. The food is really that bad. Don’t do it!

Want to give a big shout out to Amy, she gave wonderful customer service when the computers were getting all wonky and glitchy to make sure the customer was more than satisfied, will definitely be making this store a part of our pizza lifestyle, also food was made wonderfully

They don't pick up the phone. When you call them make a delivery on the phone

Took Matthew 40 minutes to put my pizza in the oven

This place is ridiculous! They cannot handle the orders that come into the store they are unable to do what they need to as a team to work together. They cannot handle a large workload they do not understand how to navigate & the manager must not know what he or she is doing because if so the staff would not speak to customers yelling out things over the windows at while they all are just standing there none have even spoken to them but being rude. I would give them a complete ZERO if I could but I cannot. I can’t believe the way that they spoke to all of those people I would never allow my staff to do such a thing. They would be reprimanded immediately. Especially since no one was even speaking to her I was standing across the area & heard them yelling at the customers that’s how loud they were. So I know other coworkers & the supervisor heard. Then the pizza said 22 minutes that’s a joke it took almost an hour.

hadn't had domino's in years. spur of the moment order and picked up. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was.

It's very hit or miss. When they get your order right, it's great. But here lately they seem to mess up our order more often than they get it right. I couldn't even eat it last time. It's a shame.

We order Domino’s delivery quite often because they always deliver quickly and without incidents. The Domino’s on Nemo PKWY, Va.Beach is exceptional with their service and the quality of the food we receive. One of the most important qualities of this particular store is their consistency. I can count on my order to not only be delivered quickly but also know I will receive a beautiful hand-crafted pizza with the same abundant quality toppings each and every time. We happen to be creatures of habit and tend to order the same items each time and do have special request on some to either delete an item or put a particular item on half of the pizza. I can count on my food being prepared exactly as I order each time. This is a big deal to me because I cannot say the same for any other restaurant that delivers in my area. This store most definitely deserves to be recognized for their consistency and just great food each and every order.

Do no order from this store if you expect pizza within 3hrs from order. A single cheese pizza. Quick to charge my card in 5min. If convenience is expectation…go somewhere else.

The food is good. The hour and a half to get your order when the app said 20-30 is completely unexceptable. This was for carryout and not delivery.
