Domino's Pizza

I placed a large order (pizza and several other items). An entire HOUR passed and they hadn’t even STARTED preparing my order.

When I called to ask what was going on, it was a complete disaster. They kept transferring me from one person to another — I had to talk to THREE different people, and not a single one could give a clear answer or take responsibility. Just excuses, confusion, and zero accountability.

What kind of service is this? It feels like no one knows what they’re doing, and customers’ time means absolutely nothing to them.

This place is unprofessional, disorganized, and careless. If you value your time, your money, and your nerves — DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE.

I ordered from here quite a bit and the pizza is always good but tonight it was undercooked and not good at all. I ordered a large 3 topping pizza.

Definitely a busy spot but the employees do a good job handling tons of orders. Small shop with no seating but who doesn't order or carryout these days anyway?

The pizza was made superbly. The pizza guy was really nice & informative about how pizza can be made for people who cannot eat tomato sauce, and what sauces can be used.

Online deals don’t work

Great value, great pizza and friendly service.

Today I've been waiting 3 hours for my pizza! I've tried calling multiple times 5 to be exact while waiting for someone to pick up a 10 mins a wait on the phone. Never was able to get ahold of them now it's 12:30 am still can't get ahold of them and they're about to close. They definitely should have called out with how long the wait time is and if they were even going to be able to deliver the order

Good place and food

This place has gotten my order wrong twice and it's taken more than an hour both times for it to be delivered. They're overworked and understaffed and don't have enough people to answer the phone when you call. They agreed to remake my pizza because I was not going to take store credit. To their credit, they made and delivered it within 40 minutes, but never again.

Food was fantastic. Got two pizzas. Ordering online went very well, and my girlfriend went and picked up with no trouble at all. Was such a huge improvement over Little Caesars which has just become abysmal. I made a point to call and tell the manager on the phone how good they did. Thanks Domino's. We back with you from now on.

Great place for chicken and piiizzza

My favorite location. The food is always cook to order, the employees are always helpful and kind. If there is a special there eager to recommend.

Excellent service and quality food. We ordered at the store and went outside to wait. As we prepared to go back in and pick up our order, a friendly and courteous employee came out and brought the order to our car.

The environment was soooo comfortable

Alissa has the worst customer service ever!!! placed order at 1:30 ish received wrong order hour later call mentioned wrong food she said she’d send a remake order another hour went by call store boy said my order was made waiting on driver, 30 minutes later called again asked for manager when Alissa got on the phone she was extremely rude continuously cut me off and got loud and hung up on me. So I went to the store for refund of course she had memory lost and different energy….. however things cost to much to experience nasty rude behavior from manger especially when you spending your money!!!!
