Domino's Pizza

Great food! Accurate order was delivered quick! The only problem was the app! I was a different location in Va Beach from the store near my Portsmouth home, thus difficult to do a one-time change. I also had to change my login password three times, even though my login info was correct and done biometrically!! Finally, after 45 mins and fourth attempt, I got it to work. That is why your overall score is 4-stars. The app killed your overall score.

Went inside and ordered med thin crust. Received and didn't look at it got home and pizza was over cooked. Unable to return

I was really disappointed with my Domino's pizza. When it arrived, it was completely smushed, and I couldn't even pick it up without it falling apart. The pizza had way too much sauce, and the toppings were piled on so thickly that it felt like a soggy mess. It was just awful—definitely not what I expected from Domino's. I won’t be ordering from here again.

We order from here all the time now, and we've never been disappointed. They are always friendly and the pizzas ACTUALLY LOOK BETTER THAN THE PICTURES! Thank you to everyone working there who makes this the best and easiest meal any night of the week!

Horrible customer service. Manager Rebecca unwilling to stand behind their product and make it right for customers. Delivery driver was rude and slammed storm door.

Their app is very easy to navigate. Prices and coupons are very good and delivery is easy to track and spot on for times. Products are very tasty from pizza to subs to salads.

Writing this to remind myself to NEVER order from here again. The pizza was DRY AS CRAP. barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza. WORST PIZZA I EVER HAD. and it was cold on top of the DRYNESS.

We order from this location a couple of times a month and the pizza is always great. It is the best Dominos. We hardly ever even order from any other pizza places since this place is always so consistent. The delivery is always fast too. Pizza is always hot.

We are staying at hotel in the area and we ordered delivery. The experience was great. We ordered online at 10:30pm. The food arrived super fast, the food was hot and the order was correct! No complaints at all. And they had a 50% off coupon so bonus there.
