They only have 2 people working at night a sometimes the order don’t arrive till 3am when they close at 1. Put more people on their shift. Dominos is really trying to get their moneys worth huh. Not right

Great pizza.I actually drive past 2 other Domino's stores just because this store has the Best employees and the pizza is always so good Donte the manager is awesome and the folks there are amazing too a Great ? pizza ? and friendly people.

Pizza was cold and looked like it was thrown in the box. Cinnamon bread was hard and it tastes old. Won't be ordering from them ever again.

Pretty disappointing! As a former Domino's employee, there was so much wrong with what I saw in service from them. I ordered a specialty pizza and requested to add two additional toppings to it. They told me it was OK because I was paying for the extra items. When I got the pizza, the only thing that was on it was the two added on items, it was not a specialty pizza. Since I paid so much more for it, I called the store and asked them if they could fix the issue. First, he said, yes, then he came back and said he could not do it, but would give me a credit toward a future order. While disappointed in that decision, I said OK, but then I asked if I could order another pizza the way I actually wanted it. I was willing to pay for it since I had a credit that would sit until the next time I ordered. so they sent out a replacement with me paying for it. Then he called me back before the pizza got to me and said he was reversing the charge and would give me a replacement pizza at no charge. When the replacement pizza arrived, it was exactly like the first one, completely wrong! So I called the store again and told the manager what happened. He apologized and said he would replace it this time making it himself. He also insured me that I would be refunded the cost of the pizza I paid for. I told him I would come and pick up the pizza, myself, and I did. When I got that pizza, it was made correctly. Finally! However, I have never received the credit for the pizza I paid for. At the end of the day, I got two extra pizzas, but at this point, I'm just done with this location... There are too many other pizza choices in Virginia Beach, Domino's will not be one of them!

Hey, we just received our pizza garlic cheese bread. We requested garlic sauce and marinara sauce, which was an additional $.69 for each. We received the garlic and ranch sauce, which is totally unusable for what we requested. The sauce was very thin, which will cause us not to use this Domino’s again since the medium pizza and bread delivered was $35

Delivery always takes super long 1~1.5hour after order is placed. Pizza is decent ish. But they deliver on bass

I don't know what it is, but every time I do a mobile pickup order, it is never 100% correct, and I end up waiting an extra 5 to 10 minutes for a new pizza to come out.
Always our go to pizza place. Had an issue where I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and asked for no onions but it was missed so I had onions on them. Called them up, explained the issue and got told a new pizza would be made without onions. Excellent service. Highly reccommend.

Hi! I work nights @ Dam neck annex and I’ve given so many chances to this store. I keep ordering because the closing hours/ being able to deliver onto base is extremely convenient as I can’t leave my watch. I ordered a salad, just a salad tonight and it was never delivered. This is the second time this has happened. There’s also been 3 times where my food has taken 3+ hours to get to me and 1 time there was a bug cooked into my food. Its extremely frustrating. Do better.

Shift management at 8:00 pm 05/24/23 took care of me call center messed my order incorrectly and didn’t push it through all the way the manager took care of me for inconvenience THNKs u guys rock!! Always come to this location
