I stopped in, having an appointment nearby. I was impressed with the atmosphere and gracious hosting. You will find the waitstaff self effacing, which can seem less attentive than American style. They choose to be unobtrusive.
I was impressed at the generous portions. The sushi box I ordered could easily have fed me and my daughter, had she come. I took half home.
The chef sent a volcano roll, free of charge. Beautifully presented selection of sushi, salad, crab...

Its ok. Food is good, not different from others sushi places.
It was empty, service is poor.
Bottle of pespi, no cup, was a first! Misu soup not good
We got a Volcano roll on the house though.

We order from here a good amount. They are inconsistent. The only consistent thing is that their spicy sushi is never spicy even when you ask for extra spicy. Their fish usually is good. Their wasabi is so bland you wouldn’t even know it’s there. Edamame is often dried out. Some orders are great (but never spicy like asked) and some orders are sub par.
