Have eaten here and have had a great experience but not today at the 33rd street location. Ordered 2 pizzas to go but asked for three drinks to drink while we were waiting. I’m a fountain soda snob and just wanted a fountain soda to drink while we were waiting but the waiter refused to serve me fountain soda. Waiter said you asked for a to go order so you get bottled. I asked if we could at least get a cup of ice to pour our bottled drinks in. He gave me one. Three people waiting, 3 drinks ordered, and could only give one cup of ice? Very poor customer service.

The food was good, atmosphere good, but I was charged twice on my debit card, the 2nd charge wasn't even my order. Had to go thru a lot of hassle and sill havent got a refund so beware using a card

Food was ok but nothing great. Definitely not worth the price. Service was terrible. Asked for extra ranch 3x. Had to go hunting down the waitress for refills and the check. And waited too long for small amount of food. Would not recommend to anyone.
