My son and I had to wait in the hostess to get off their phone call before even saying hello, and no, she was not tending to a to-go order. We waited over an hour for our food which was mediocre and bland.

Cute little spot, and just a block from the beach. The oysters, Bloody Mary, and the crab cake with french fries hit the spot! The dogs were welcomed outside, and we're given water upon request

Had lunch and breakfast here during our trip... Everything was great!

Got there when they opened. Great service and good, and easy location to reach on foot if you are visiting VA Beach .

Relaxed and clean with excellent food. Presentation and flavor make the medium high prices feel OK. But it isn't expensive either by Virginia Beach standards. We shall be coming back.

Delicious food! Highly recommend. I got the dill salmon penne and husband got fried shrimp plate. Food was fresh and came out quickly!

This place was great. We had a last minute reservation for a few families from our volleyball club to grab brunch while in town for a tournament. The staff was very courteous and welcoming, and the food was great!

I'd definitely recommend heading into this restaurant while you're in Virginia Beach.

Service was not customer oriented. Ordered a mimosa with light OJ - got heavy OJ. Asked to add bubbles and was told “You’ll have to have this. This is how we serve it. You can order another glass of champagne if you like.” Won’t be back.

Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of the food or the restaurant, but I might snap a photo of the place before we leave Virginia Beach. We discovered this spot while walking around early in the morning, looking for something to eat after leaving our hotel. The food and service were excellent, and this is definitely a place I would return to.

Veggie omelette and English muffin were good. Coffee was decent. Service was A+ and there was no wait. Definitely recommend for a nice breakfast near the beach.

We've been going to Virginia Beach for over 20 years during spring break season & we have never once been here. Seems we've missed this little gem but now that we've discovered them we will definitely go back. My husband raved about the oysters Rockefeller & I absolutely loved the cream of crab soup. I also had the penne pasta with blackened shrimp. It needed little more seasoning to me but that wouldn't stop us from going again.

Very slow, as service, as food readiness.
Rockefeller oyster were ok, but could be better. Driftwood oyster were worse than Rockefeller. Clam chowder - only garlic in bowl. Only crab soup was normal.

Firts timer. No wait on a Saturday for a brunch. We had smoked salmon egg benedict and crab omellete and coffee. Food tasted very good, service was excellent and atmosphere was very relaxing.

However, one thing we noticed was that the very high counter top where food were placed coming out of the kitchen. Most servers’ faces were at the same level as the food and if they talk to the kitchen staff then you can imagine the proximity of their mouths to the food. The 5 star rating for service was for the particular service we got but overall this is something the restaurant manager and owner should address.
