Same exact cake doughnuts , no variety It's plain cake doughnuts with -different icings on top. Trying to figure out, whats the big deal? Live and learn, Service was very slow waited almost 20 minutes - I guess no one wants to work anymore. I got a coffee, it was very weak.

Let me start by saying the family enjoyed the donuts. What we didn't enjoy, however, was the extraordinary wait time. I placed an online order hoping to save some time. Arrived at the pickup time and proceeded to wait another 25 minutes before our donuts were made. Ordered at 9am....left with 6 donuts at 9:50. Didn't even order anything specific. Just 6 random donuts. I have some patience for a rush on orders, but I watched 5 different groups walk in, place an order, and have it fulfilled while I continued to wait. Unacceptable.

You're not going to Duck Donuts for the atmosphere, you're going for the donuts. They are really decadent and delicious. Service folks are nice and quick but not the friendliest, coven the brisk business it is understandable as they don't have the time to be. Again, you're there for the round pieces of deliciousness. They make them for you to order and right then and there. Warm, soft, and sweet just as they should be. Healthy for you...at least healthy for your soul? Parking is really nonexistent except street parking.
I love these donuts and make sure I grab some every time I come to the beach. The flavors are truly delicious.

Donuts were ok for the price, the main issue we had was extremely poor service. We showed up when they opened, immediately disgruntly greeted with "if you guys want donuts the fryers just came on and they take about 20 minutes to warm up." We had nothing to do so we ordered and went for a walk. We came back and there was a family ordering and after they ordered they went to the end of the counter that they assemble and serve from. The family waiting put their children on the counter and let them WALK on the counter. We got our donuts and left, they were slightly doughy and to say they had toppings was being generous. Would definitely recommend going to dunkin or a grocery store instead.

Stopped in to buy 2 dozen doughnuts for staff in my building. Not crowded, fast service, friendly staff. I ordered the Duck Dozen and Breakfast Favorites combinations. The staff in my building loved them.

We chose Duck Donuts for our special day/night. Our wedding was this past Saturday and in lieu of a cutting cake or wedding cake, we chose to go with Duck Donuts instead! Duck donuts has always been delicious in the past, so we knew we would be in good hands. We actually created our own donut board and display for our wedding, but they also offered that display which I thought was nice. I got in contact with Richard, and he helped me through the catering process with ease. Even though we scheduled an order and drop off delivery on Columbus day weekend, Richard and his staff made it happen! The Duck Donuts were a huge hit and our guests loved them all! We did 8 dozen of the Duck Dozen and they were delicious! Thanks Richard and Duck Donuts staff for making our day extra special!

We wait every year on vacation to get Duck Donuts and we did it today and wow has their quality gone down. Example order Oreo topping, and it’s basically just cookie dust (and very little of it). And overall nothing special like in the past and certainly not worth the money. Very very disappointing!
