Duck Donuts

This was my second time at this location, I usually go to the one on Virginia Beach Blvd but I was in the area so I stopped here. The first thing I noticed is that the service is not the same, I stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to be helped with only two customers in the store that had already been help. Then when I paid she looked like I was supposed to tip her, and when I got my doughnuts the quality was not the same . I didn’t have time to sit there and complain, I just know I’m not going to that location again..

This place is closed…even though it says the location is open on google. Very disappointed

This location is great. Staff were friendly and donuts were hot and tasty. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if it a busy day, but other than this location is conveniently located. I have seen some reviews complain about having to eat the donuts with a fork, being messy, etc. This is what you should expect from Duck Donuts and what makes them so good and different from others. They are typically not an "eat on the go" type of donut but rather, something to take a moment to enjoy.

Location was closed at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Hours stated they were open.

The donuts taste very good.
Did not like that their donuts cannot be picked up out of the box. They stick to the box, fall apart when attempting to pick one up and need to be eaten with a fork.

I am less than satisfied that although your website and google claimed y'all were open, when we arrived NO ONE was at the store. You need to fix your hours before more people drive to your store only to experience the same closure.

Last time trying this location. They always run way behind. Takeout orders with higher order numbers than in person orders are routinely served first and left to sit on the counter.

Duck Donuts us always great when I go. The donuts are freshly made and always warm and tasty at this location. The price is a bit expensive of course you could get more for your money at Krispy Kremes but we love this place as well.
