Came in on Easter to grab some doughnuts and coffee from my staff. Service was easy but somewhat slow. The upside is that I got to see the 4 dozens being made right before my eyes. The staff loved the doughnuts and coffee so I'm sure I'll be back to place more orders in the future.

Duck Donuts us always great when I go. The donuts are freshly made and always warm and tasty at this location. The price is a bit expensive of course you could get more for your money at Krispy Kremes but we love this place as well.
Still Hot, still fresh, still delicious. Nothing has changed but the flavors. No stuffed donut option, all vanilla cake based.Kid-friendliness: Your kids will love how many options there are.

Just left this location. Drove 15 minutes because my family was craving Duck donuts, but we have none in hand. It was around 6:35 pm…25 minutes before close. The two girls in there were busy and didn’t look like they wanted to be there. My plan was to order 6 for my family. While my daughter and I were deciding what donuts to get, no one at the register… no real direction in what to do. A man and his daughter walked in looked at the menu and I allowed them to go ahead and order. They order their 6. Then we were told by the one of the employees that they are getting ready to close, and only 2 more left. What? You close at 7. We were there plenty of time before then. And could you have told us that there were only 8 donuts left before you sold the six to the people I allowed to go? The employees said they were sorry but it didn’t seem sincere. Could you have at least offered a coupon, discount, etc.? Something. I’m really disappointed with the service. Never experienced this at other duck donuts before. Seems like they were just ready to go home and didn’t want to go out of their way close to closing. I hope a manager gets this.

Greeted promptly upon entering. Super friendly staff and fast service. There is a decent variety of flavors and combinations. The donuts were delicious. The store was clean and we were able to see the glaze being added

Store is cleanish, music is nice. No greeting upon entering and cook in the back was visably annoyed at a 2 dozen purchase. Server was unaware they were out of chocolate milk, until after purchasing. Donuts were fresh and taste good, however mine were thrown together in a rush and messy as all can be. Didn't think it was worth the money.

The blonde in the green shirt ignored me at the register. Was waiting on coffee to drip and she couldn’t take my order? Really? The receipt says Victoria.
Duck donuts is my husband's favorite in Virginia beach. He always make it a point to atop by here on the weekends. He said its the best doughnuts in VB. As for me, it was just ok. It was too crumbly for my liking, i like Krispy Kreme more than here. What makes it special is just the fact that you can see them making your doughnut fresh. Ambiance is casual. Very quiet actually everytime we go.

Despite offering tasty baked goods everyone swears by, decent customer service should be included given the price tag that accompanies a DD order. While the receipt was challenging to read due to fading ink, the employee who was tasked with assisting me seems to be "Dirma." Since I was ordering a birthday treat for my husband, I asked for guidance on flavor combinations. With all the generous options, I hoped to chose icing and toppings that would be the most complimentary. Instead I got a terse "I don't eat here.." followed by "I'm a diabetic" rant. While it does seem the employees find it irritating to repeat ordering instructions that are clearly posted, it is still their job. Sheesh. Fortunately, there was a gentleman working who did not seem as annoyed and rude as this chick and provided input. Duck leadership would do better to keep Dirma out of view. When one pays almost $15 for six donuts, polite customer service should not be considered an inconvenience.

I've been to this Duck Donuts several times and all were good experiences. The donuts were fresh and tasted great. They are pricey, but a once in a while treat works for me!

Fast service and plenty of selection to curb your sweet tooth. Donuts are nice and fresh, soft and made to order. One of my favorite donut places for sure. They can even make a donut breakfast sandwich with egg and cheese etc. I need to try that next time. I got a cinnamon bun donut and a peanut butter fluff donut and they both hit the spot. Before handing you the donuts, they have you check them first to make sure everything looks okay. I feel like the other donut spots here need to care that much. Thanks, Duck Donuts!
