Duck Donuts

NOTE: As per there response we immediately went on line and completed the form. However they NEVER responded. I guess we will not be returning to Duck Doughnuts.

We recently moved here from Pennsylvania. We frequently visited the Bartonsville Pennsylvania location and enjoyed the freshly made to order doughnuts .We.were excited to visit this location. We ordered eight doughnuts. We. We’re very surprised to find the doughnuts sitting out in a large bowl.. The toppings were added to these cold doughnuts. When we got home and tried our doughnuts it was very depressing to find them cold and hard.

They literally close at 2 but said they are closed when it was 1:25

I wish I could say something about their food, but I couldn't even order any. Came in to order a breakfast sandwich and cup of coffee before work. Stood at the ordering stand for a good 10 minutes while all four employees were locked in on making a dozen donuts. Not a single employee there even acknowledged my existence. Poor customer service - guess you have to be ordering a lot of donuts for them to even want to so much as welcome you.

Was excited about the fact that this place offer Maple bacon donut. The menu looked great, offering a variety, and the store was decorated well. However, when it came to delivering the products, I was rather disappointed with the reality of the delivering. The cold brew coffee in the photo came with creamer; the barista/cashier, who is one person, made it using the counter in front of me, which was not in their working zone… coffee tasted alright; presentation was definitely bad; what was offered and what was delivered were not matching, even though the 2-in-1 staff tried to make it to look like the photo; it didn’t.

Donut maple icing and bacon was very sloppy! Was expecting more of a dry icing and more crispy bacon. The dough was alright. Icing and topping need some work.

The service was pretty good. Doughnuts were very good as well but could have been cooked/fried a lil bit longer as they were a bit to mushy inside.

Drive through took 20 minutes with only one car in front of me

Absolute sweet and patient cashier every time. Donuts are always fresh and soooooo good! One of my favorite locations

First of all, “Happy Belated National Donut Day” to all my followers.
Did you spend all day yesterday grabbing up the free/near free donuts?
Not I- I done gots too old for that.
However, as a favor to our children that have moved from the Hampton Roads area because of their (turn) to serve Our Great Nation, my wife and I decided to make just one stop the next time we came out this way- #DuckDonuts.
We weren’t disappointed either. Same great donuts; same great service!
I could have pretended there were just us 3 in our vehicle (like that old 80’s movie) but those world famous donuts wouldn’t have tasted as delicious with that guilt in my mouth- so we ordered some for the weekend and enjoyed our free donut all the more!

Delicious donuts, staff is very helpful.

What fun to watch the donuts come out of the fryer and get decorated warm and ooey gooey, lots to choose from.

Got a dozen of the fan favorite. They were great. The store was a bit busy and it was a wait but they assured me throughout the process and didn't just have me waiting with no explanation.

Their donuts are yummy and just fun!
