Pros (because I like to start off on a good note) the donuts are made to order and customizable. So you're getting fresh and hot donuts that are Cons- the donuts are too sweet for my personal tastes. I also feel like they need to drain off the oil after they come out of the fryer.

Went in yesterday to get some donuts for Valentine's day and the girl working was extremely rude and unprofessional. Complained the entire time about customers coming all at once, a guy customer calling her sweetie, etc. Didn't care to say hello, welcome or have a good day, or you're welcome when I thanked them as I was leaving. The guy working was extremely nice and professional, and seemed to try to ignore the girl and the rants she was going on in front of customers and focused on helping the customers. He was probably embarrassed .The girl basically threw the box of donuts she made on the counter at me, while the guy showed me the ones he made and they looked great. Hers donuts were poorly put together, she clearly didn't want to be working and made it known -did not look like she even tried. I'll visit this location again but definitely won't deal with her or her terrible attitude

They were super friendly and made something that wasn’t even on the menu but tasted so good!!! The store was so neat & clean, even the bathroom was nice!!! I got my order really fast and everything was fresh and delicious.Parking: One way because of the drive through. Small lot but people are usually in and out quickly.

Luckily there was no line and we were able to place our order quickly. Only took maybe 5 minutes to get our order. Maybe three orders were ahead of us but they seem to be short staffed with only one person running the register and the other making the donuts.

There donuts are a little to sweet for me , but place was clean and staff was welcoming.
Service was a bit slow. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and it was okay, not the best vanilla shake I've ever had though. I was impressed by how clean and organized everything is kept. I will return for donuts on my next visit.

I had previously eaten at a duck donuts in another city and was not a fan, but they had such fun flavors so I wanted to try it again. This location was a lot better. I don't event know what I got, but the peanut butter paradise and peanut butter and jelly were my favorites. The peanut butter frosting was so good. Omg. I'm going to come back and just get a box of everything peanut butter. The French toast one was good too as well as the sandy beach. My mom loved the maple bacon. We also got Oreo, strawberry sprinkle, s'mores, the mega chocolate one, blueberry pancakes or whatever, blueberry lemonade, raspberry lemon, idk what else. I also bought a shit ton of ducks too. I bought all the doctor, nurse and pharmacist ducks they had. I think there were 11 of them. I bought them for my mom to take to her treatment team. They loved them. I also got a selfie with Ollie, the duck. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. I also liked the little duck feet on the floor. They were cute. I'm glad this store is so close to my house because I will definitely be back!

Just had to go back . A closer location to the hotel. What happeneds on vacation stays on vacation right? Not dissatisfied at all. How can you beat hot fresh donuts with like 25 flavors to chose from.

You have store hours for a reason, correct? Now I can understand that a mishap possibly could have happened, i.e., power outage, electronic failure, etc. But then why not leave a note/message on your business stating so. And if the hours have changed, please please update the hour displayed on the front window and more so the hours on the internet. Just wasted gas ⛽️ and time going there, and you're closed.

When I ordered a caramel machiatto, I was expecting to have espresso in it, but all they gave me was milk and sugar free syrup.. and maybe, maybe about 1/4 of a normal shot of espresso and then said it runs light.... I'm sorry but no. Not even 2 more shots of espresso was enough to fix it
