I ordered an iced Chai Latte online with cold foam. When I took a sip, it was straight up sugar. I asked if they could give me unsweetened cold foam, they said they didn't have any. So I asked if I could get my drink remade with just 1 pump of sweetener and no cold foam. This lady took my drink, poured out most of it and added milk. Didn't even bother to properly remake it. Will not be ordering from this location ever again.

As we pulled into the parking lot of Dunkin, there was plenty of parking. As we entered the establishment was clean and tidy. We were greeted by multiple members and served immediately! I ordered a hot chocolate and bacon, egg, and cheese with crispy bacon. Dunkin, you nailed it! My sandwich was incredible! The hot chocolate is the best!!! Very chocolately!
They even offered us a Dunkin cup for the service dog. (Whipped cream)
Dunkin, you have earned your 5 star review!

I pulled up to the drive through to order one drink and one sandwich. Somehow, this location decided I had asked for two entirely different items and insisted on giving me a sandwich I specifically said I did not want. I even corrected them, showed them the exact sandwich on the menu, and repeated the order clearly. Visual examples and verbal clarification didn’t matter. They still handed me whatever they felt like making.

Out of all the Dunkin’ locations in the area, I chose to come to this one. Big mistake. If a simple, single sandwich order can’t be handled correctly even with clear explanation, that’s a problem. I may have to start driving farther just to find a Dunkin’ that can get an order right.

If you still decide to stop by, make sure you go while the sun is out. The service appears to be better then.

Loved the fact I could sit and quietly enjoy a good cup of coffee and a doughnut!!
Thats the best coffee experience!!
And they also had a socket where I could charge my phone while I drank my coffee and ate a small meal!!
That's how it is supposed to be!! Keep it up dunkins!!

I get that it was busy but the MANAGER being so upset cause I asked her associate nicely for my drink that I ordered is hilarious , they gave me my food and really wanted me to leave … but weirdly didn’t want to give me my drink until another employee popped up with my drink after being yelled at for asking POLITELY… never at any point was I rude

I never leave reviews, but I work nearby and frequently order uber eats from y’all for one or two coffees, and it is insane the amount of times that you send literally no straws. I’m flabbergasted on how the main thing you sell is coffee and at least half the time forget the straw?

Treated with sheer indignant attitude by Monday Morning (05/19) staff - told in a nasty way to “go sit down and shut up” by one of the staff while taking another order. When I was allowed to approach counter, customer service rep refused to assist me with the Dunkin app. I had no available credit card or cash available. Later, I found out after being told by counter staff to leave I had access to my app with over $30 to use on my app. I went to Starbucks instead because I don’t get treated with nastiness by self absorbed workers. I will never patronize this location again. As well, the dining area music was quite LOUD and disruptive!!

I love dunkin donuts and have missed them since I moved to Texas and Dunkin is not close to us. But I did not get what I ordered and that was frustrating, and the parking lot was nearly no existing. Very hard to access with the van I had.
