Everyone in the whole store was acting confused. Hard to get the napkins customer service no lady taking my order wouldn’t listen to me and give me her attention. They handed me my donuts and didn’t say anything didn’t say. Have a nice day. That’s all very rude and confused.

The "managers new policy" is that you can't select your own assortment through the drive thru, only if you come in the store. So you get stuck in a drive thru line you can't get out of and have to just take what they give you. Way to provide subpar customer service.

Went to this location for donuts after church. Didn’t have sprinkle donuts, plain iced donuts, or glazed donuts. Finally left as we continued to go down the list of donuts and they kept telling us they didn’t have any left.

Order 3 Maple Bacon with croissant instead of the bun it comes with. Asked for NO EGG on one due to my daughter's EGG allergy. The lady employee said "NO EGG" I stated yes no EGG my daughter is allergic to EGG! So she new NO EGG should have been on the sandwich. I get home and low and behold there is freaking EGG on her breakfast sandwich! Teach your employees to take food allergies seriously!!! Obviously there is lack of training on this subject. Completely unprofessional and out of line that the employee knew I said EGG allergy and it was still put on! DO BETTER. TAKE THE CUSTOMERS FOOD ALLERGIES SERIOUS!!! TO ADD TO THE INCIDENT THE EMPLOYEE SAID SHE HAD NEVER HEARD OF AN EGG ALLERGY. IT WAS SAID TO HER 4 TIMES NO EGG!

This place is good in every way but 1, it's like an icebox in there, you cannot even eat in there because you and the family are shivering so bad.. my husband is a hot natured person and he said we ain't eating in there anymore.. however the service is spot on

Under new ownership. Only one manager and 1 new employee the day we visited. The manager didn't even know that a large coffee has more than 1 cream and 1 sugar in the extra large coffee. They also didn't know how to make half of the drinks on the menu.
