Went yesterday morning and had amazing service and our entire order was correct. The same can’t be said for today. The girl at the window tired to tell us we didn’t get charged for an iced latte- we had our receipt. Paid for an extra shot of espresso and it taste and looks like straight milk. We also ordered a cold brew with mocha…guess what’s missing? The mocha. When we pay for add-ons we expect them to be added to the drink! Ordered the same exact order yesterday from a different staff with absolutely no issues.

The staff at Dunkin’ are very irresponsible. Our cup broke, and they didn’t want to do anything about it, even though we hadn’t even had a chance to drink the coffee — we should have been given a replacement. Also, the staff speak very quietly, and we had to ask them to repeat things multiple times. Many items were unavailable, and we had to replace parts of our order. Overall, the staff are very careless in how they treat customers. At the end they remake the order, but the impression remained bad

Compared to other dunkins drinks were sub-par, when asked for an assortment of munchkins they gave us half blueberry half normal glazed.

Give Justin a raise!!!
Also...cant remember name but she always remembers my orders if you recognize this makesure your name in in the response
I have a
Dunkin Addiction
Its frozen Matcha latte Green Tea..no extra sugar pumps.
Extra matcha & whipped cream.
With Black pepper bacon breakfast Croissant. Instead of microwaving the Croissants like some places do. They bake them flaky crisp and buttery. LOVE THEM.
It is a bit tricky to find drive thru. I usually turn at the 711 on pacific and go down between parking and old houses.then tien left for drive thru

Dunkin' at the Virginia Beach waterfront is exactly what you expect and need when you're looking for a quick and reliable caffeine fix or a sweet treat by the ocean. It's a solid four-star spot for its sheer convenience, consistency, and ability to deliver on Dunkin's familiar promise.
The primary draw here is undoubtedly the location. Being right on Atlantic Avenue, just steps from the sand and hotels, it's incredibly convenient for grabbing breakfast before hitting the beach, a coffee pick-me-up in the afternoon, or a late-night donut craving. It fills a crucial niche for quick, affordable options in an area where sit-down meals can be pricier and more time-consuming.
You know what you're getting with Dunkin': reliably brewed coffee, a wide variety of flavored lattes and iced beverages, and their signature donuts. The quality is consistent with other Dunkin' locations, meaning your favorite order will taste just as it should. The menu also offers a selection of breakfast sandwiches and other baked goods, perfect for a fast start to your day.
Service is typically quick and efficient, which is essential for a high-traffic location like this. Even when there's a line, the staff usually moves customers through pretty rapidly, getting you your order without a lengthy wait. It's a no-frills, get-in-and-get-out kind of place, which is precisely what many beachgoers are looking for.
So, why not five stars? While consistently good for what it is, it's still a fast-food chain. It lacks any unique local charm or artisanal flair that might elevate it to a higher rating. The seating (if any is available) can be limited and often feels rushed. And, as with many high-volume locations, sometimes the cleanliness or stock of certain items might not be absolutely perfect, though this is minor and infrequent.
Despite these small points, for sheer convenience, familiar taste, and efficient service right in the heart of the Virginia Beach action, Dunkin' at the waterfront is a perfectly reliable and welcome four-star spot. It's a go-to for many, and for good reason.

Came here twice today to refuel. Drive through the first time was fast and efficient. Walk in mid afternoon was also a fast efficient experience. The lobby was very clean as well. Great location.

How do you go in the morning and not have a selection of donuts. Very disappointed.

I stood there 5 minutes waiting for someone to notice that I was there. My donuts and croissant tasted old and stale.

Usually a good spot to grab coffee on the go, but people seem to be struggling with basic orders lately. The wait is long for no reason even if you come in to order, you'll just end up standing there waiting for someone to come up to the counter to help.

2/22/25 5:30am place a $160 order on the app following 12” of snow and dunkin being closed for two days. Show up to a dark store thinking they are closed. See one person moving in the back. She opens the door and has our entire office order already made in under 20 mins! Only employee that came in and crushing it by herself!! Huge shoutout to Bridget!!!
