Usually a good spot to grab coffee on the go, but people seem to be struggling with basic orders lately. The wait is long for no reason even if you come in to order, you'll just end up standing there waiting for someone to come up to the counter to help.

2/22/25 5:30am place a $160 order on the app following 12” of snow and dunkin being closed for two days. Show up to a dark store thinking they are closed. See one person moving in the back. She opens the door and has our entire office order already made in under 20 mins! Only employee that came in and crushing it by herself!! Huge shoutout to Bridget!!!

Really really bad customer service. They’re lazy and rude. I came in with my friends on Saturday and we ordered at the counter, but they seemed so annoyed to have to take our orders even tho they were simple and we didn’t even ask any questions. I ordered my coffee with vanilla bean and I could see that they were running low, but instead of getting a new bottle they opened the top and poured the syrup (I worked at Dunkin a few years ago, and that is not what you’re supposed to do). My coffee tasted bitter so I asked them to put more in, to which the teenaged brunette boy made a face at me and then took my drink without saying anything; it would’ve taken the same amount of time to get a new bottle as it did to pour the little bit left at the bottom into my drink. At that point, my friend was too scared to ask for her drink to be fixed because of that boy’s attitude. The food and drinks came out fast but the attitude and laziness of the staff made it a bad experience. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem that management needs to do something about.

A comfortable Dunkin donuts lots of seats , restrooms and quality Dunkin items. Fresh and hot. A block of the beach. Iced or hot coffee iced drinks as well.

I had asked if they could fix my coffee since it wasn’t tasting right and I had gotten the same coffee the past 3 days in a row with no issues. The girl with the gray wig was extremely disrespectful when i had asked. Then i had said just a small amount of oat milk she had practically poured half of the cup w just oat milk. Than had a major attitude when i had asked her to remake it. Very poor attitude and customer service

The place is actually nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, that can't be matched with a lousy staff. It appears they don't like servicing us while buying donuts. With a lot of competition around, I hope they change this attitude.
I pulled up in your parking lot and at the window I seen two young ladies standing. One was taking pictures of me and laughing. Literally her phone was in her hand pointed at my work vehicle directly at the drive-thru window. She was leaning bent over doing it. She did it twice! It made me feel uncomfortable to order so I left. I dont trust as they seems very unprofessional and I dont trust them making my drinks or food. The young lady behind her was doing things as well. It s not ok to personally record customers. Now ita different when the company has cameras vs an employee person phone. I came around 12:50 PM Sep 9th. Two African Americans. I am also the same race just to put it out there. It's no race thing. I called to speak to a mgr and the employee said no mgr was around which explains. I have never had issues at this location. Some needs to be removed off unsupervised shifts to supervised.

This Dunkin always messes up my order. Whether I’m ordering there in person or via the app I always get messed up orders. Sometimes that’s extra food you didn’t order. Sometimes it coffe without the right mix ins. Sometimes it an iced coffee when the label says hot right on it. Go to a local spot much better service and food. Oh also hard to figure out where the drive thru entrance is. There’s no really a good sign for where to enter.

Grandson lives in Spokane and there are no Dunkins there. He has to go every time he visits and to him there is no comparison (we tried !!)
