Why advertise something if none of your stores have it!?? I went to 5 locations and none of them had any of the Wicked merchandise except the tins…and those didn’t even have the sprinkled munchkins.🙄 What a let down! Very disappointing!

They are fast, but at what cost? I ordered a medium hot caramel latte, and they didn’t even fill the cup all the way. When I pay this much for coffee, I really expect the cup to be full.

This is one of the better Dunkin's. The food comes out prepared right and not an undercooked mess. Coffee tastes better than some other locations. The drive through is a little tight.

Positive first because people are so quick to complain, and I've come here many times over the past 10 years and they are typically excellent. My iced coffee was perfect. Some locations are heavy handed with the pumps of flavor swirls and some are stingy, which vastly effects the sweetness of my drink. I have to get no sugar and ask for sugar packets on the side st any other location because I don't trust them. But today, my chipotle hashbrown wakeup wrap came with only 2 hashbrowns instead of 3. I feel silly complaining, but I was so hungry, and by the time I realized, I didn't have time to go back.

So, I discovered this location recently, and it’s was going to be where I stop on the way north, but today I pulled around to the front door for a minute and saw this on the door. So, does this mean that you don’t want a particular group of folks in your establishment? I really do take offense to this… I guess I will go to Wawa🤷🏽♀️.

This is the most consistent tasting Dunkin I've been to in years. Rarely do I get a nasty cup of coffee at this location. The drive thru moves fast. The baristas are also very friendly and polite. I really like this location.

We went through the drive-thru to place our order, and the staff was friendly, which we appreciated. The breakfast sandwich and avocado toast were both good, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The hash browns were lukewarm, and both orders of snacking bacon were served ice cold. On top of that, the two iced coffees were not enjoyable at all.
I’m normally a Starbucks customer, but I was open to trying your coffee since we were already getting breakfast. Sadly, it didn’t meet expectations. Additionally, the meal deal we ordered didn’t come in the promotional box as advertised online, which was a letdown.
I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I was having the worst day and these three people just brightened it. They deserve an absolute shout out and a raise from Dunkin! They were amazing Ambassadors of the Dunkin brand.
Keep it up and many, many thanks for Cinquan, Jayden and Stella at the shore drive Dunkin! You three young adults are going places. Keep up the hustle, the positive attitude and you will all go far!
