Case of donuts was almost empty and they discontinued apple spiced and lemon filled donuts...going to krispy kreme..they still have those
I am sorry to say I would not recommend Dunkin’ Donuts, at all. Recently, I have dealt with the corporate office and they do not seem to care about their customers. I had a couple of incidents with customer service lately and reached out to corporate and have heard nothing back. I spent $10 on munchkins and asked for two or three of each flavor and they gave me half regular and half chocolate. The manager did not seem to care so I reached out to corporate. I asked for a coupon so I could re-purchase some munchkins and received no response whatsoever. There’s quite a bit of competition out there so I was surprised.

Someone needs to tell these kids the store is not closed until 8pm. I got here at 630 for a pickup and they had already shut everything down. Just because you haven’t had a customer for awhile does not mean the place is no longer under operating hours. Sitting here for 30minutes just for hot water to heat up is ridiculous. Maybe they should learn more from the 6 7 and know the store isn’t closed at six or seven. Learn to count higher.

Never going here again! I placed an online order for a coffee and a hot tea at 7:02 pm, a whole hour before closing mind you. And when I pulled up at 7:15 pm to pick up my order the whole drive-thru aside from the menu itself was dark. I could understand if there was an issue with the lights, so I waited for someone to answer at the drive-thru but no one answered. So maybe they are busy closing? (They close at 8pm)
I thought maybe I should park and go inside, but the doors are all locked. I checked the hours on the window and it said they were open until 8pm and there were people inside working. So a little confused, I went back in my car and drove straight to the window only to be told they stop making drinks at 7 for closing. They also told me to come back in the morning for basically and IOU but I told them I'd rather the refund.
This was very disappointing because I work an overnight shift and I spent my time before work trying to get my coffee order only to be turned away, and I couldn't get a refund for the rewards I used either. You won't be seeing me ever try going there again...
Didn't have what was needed for my drink :( but this store is always fast and friendly

Ahhh Dunkin Donuts Indian River Branch! Every time I do drive thru here, they're always out of stuff. I was even the first one there, and had to wait for 20 mins only to be told they're out of cooked eggs for the sandwich. The other lady said, they had eggs but wasn't food prepped. Then why, they couldn't even do food prep, in between times there's no customers? And my goodness, it was practically a ghost store when I arrived there. There was nobody, no customers! And they are always out of one thing or the other to put in their drinks every time I go there, too. What were those 2 ladies doing? Just sleeping in there? If they don't watch out, no one will want to come to this location anymore (because I for one wouldn't ever want to). I only come here when I'm in the area shopping at LIDL. Otherwise, I'm always at the Fairfield branch where it never happened to me that they're out of stuff like that. And I always order the same things, too. The prediction for this branch would be - They will be out of jobs soon as they will have to close. Happened to other fast foods and stores near that area! I think first and foremost, it's because of the people who works in there - no sense of pride in their jobs and be able to serve the community wholly. It's about your sense of responsibility to do so, no matter how much you're paid. Honestly, I don't want to say it - but sorry, just plain lazy too. Dunkin, please make sure you hire the right kind of people with the right mindsets and IQ in your shops - just like Chic-fil-a does. Otherwise, no one would want to go to your shops and you'll have to close most branches because you'll get bankrupt..

The drive-thru staff on March 23rd around 7 AM were absolutely amazing. I was a last-minute, high-maintenance customer, and they still handled everything I threw at them—my fault, not theirs—with patience and professionalism. They fixed all the issues on the spot and made sure I was well taken care of. I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service here really stood out. I’ll definitely be back.
Food is good when available and looks clean inside, BUT they are consistently out of product. How do you run out of donuts? Or the iced coffee? It has happened multiple times now, and this location is just not worth going to anymore. Ordering on the app does not warn of these shortages, and the app doesn't refund your money it just gives you points. It feels very much like a bait and switch.
I was just there about 30 minutes ago with my husband and brother inlaw and they had this young girl working there in some black tights long braids no hair net and she had a very bad attitude. She didn't speak when we walked in rolling her eyes and when she fix my ice coffee she didn't even wipe my cup off after she let it run over. This use to be our favorite place but we will not be coming back
