Why did I waste 20 min in line 2 cars ahead of me for them to say card only and tgey only have 1 of what i need. Then get to the window and they don't have nothing so I just wasted my damn lunch break.

Today at 748am I entered the Dunkinā Donuts to get an order of 2 hashbrowns, pumpkin muffin, and ice coffee. The cashier whom seem to be about 5ā7, platinum color hair did not greet, and carried her tone of voice as if I was interrupting her conversation with staff or she just did not feel like being bothered. She informed me that there was no hash browns and later this evening nor was there any pumpkin muffins other than whatās shown. Neither here or there it was more so her approach which made me walk out. Itās rude, sheās rude and nobody wants to walk into an establishment early in the morning dealing with someoneās elseās attitude not knowing how we as customers may or may not react.

Sat in the drive thru waiting to be helped and nobody on the speaker said a single thing. Waited 5-10 minutes to see if anyone would say anything and nope. Drove past the drive thru window and the employees are just in there, not paying attention. About 4 of them.

I did a mobile order almost 10 minutes ago drove here. Thereās nobody in line now Iām sitting at the window watching her. Make my order in three other peoples orders now because the line is wrapped around the building. I literally only ordered a tea and already made munchkins!!!

This is the only dunkin i will go to they are the best!! I donāt even know what kind of coffee i like i just tell them what i would like my coffee to taste like and they make it happen. As someone who works 70+ hours i be relying on coffee to keep me up and going ā¤ļø laney is an outstanding manger there really on top of things and they keep the place clean and going! They do get a little busy sometimes through out the day but thatās only because they make the best food and coffee so itās worth it
