Pre-ordered two dozen donuts for special needs student party but was not able to receive them due to employee hiding in the back of the restaurant with the doors locked. Would not answer the drive thru or the phone. Terrible customer service. District Manager needs to rework this whole staff. Not the first time I've showed up between 5 am and 8 am with the front doors locked and no sign to explain why when the door says they open at 5am. I'm done going here. Truly disappointed.

They need to hire more people. At times it take 30 minutes to go through the drive thru reason being they only have one person running the whole store.

We waited for 15 mins at the register after multiple associates saw us waiting and ringing the service bell, no one helped us. There were 3 people working. Won’t be visiting this location again.

They were out of food, and the service took long to bring out our food. The hashbrowns were either very cold or very hot. They were barely cooked to. The bagels are very good. That's the only good thing about this place. I would not come here agian.

So the hours say 5am open time and it's 6:30am with the doors locked. Employees ignoring the 4 customers at the door waiting to be unlocked so they left after waiting 15 min with employees just glancing at the door.

Horrible service. Worse Dunkins I have ever been to. I stood at the counter for 10min no one I walked over to the side to see if anyone was there saw a Young dark kid on his phone i said hello he looked up at me. I went back over to the register. Then i heard him get ice i figured he was getting for drive thru. But i still waited. I walked back over to look at him he still on his phone. Its freaking rude. GET PEOPLE THAT WANT TO WORK I WALKED OUT

I stopped at the drive through approximately 4:30p today and asked for a medium black coffee with two sugars. Instead I received two creams which I cannot drink. Is it possible to receive credit for the coffee?

One girl frantically doing everything while the other two were doing nothing somewhere else. She threw my receipt in the trash and then made an iced coffee for me. Apparently the employees job is to just put the ingredients in the cup and the customer blends it on their own. She managed to ruin another customers order while I was blending my own drink. Clearly there's no one competent in charge here. If there was they would have fired everyone and then resigned themselves from this complete failure. I will never go back.

This location is different. Drive through won't let you choose your doughnuts if you ordered more than 1 dozen. While they do have some staff that are very nice, there's a few people that are stiff very rude as if they're giving you free products. It's not free and it's gotten very expensive. In today day, you should be kinder to customers paying a lot more for the same or less products!

Would never come here again if you paid me. This is THE WORST Dunkin in the area. The staff are exceptionally rude, have no sense AT ALL and no interpersonal skills. The food tastes like it has been sitting under a warmer at 711 since last night and the “hot” coffee is ice cold. Save yourself a headache and money. Don’t come here.

Tasha was the rudest person there she giving an attitude she didn’t even look at us they didn’t even toast the bagel she was cursing at other people and talking smack about customers.
Edit:horrible service my sisters drink came broken and they have rude wokers and you are lucky enough to get food at all they never have doughnuts and bagels and when my sister took a online order and when we came up the girl had an attitude with us saying we don’t have that in a stank attitude and my sister gave back the same attitude and she went quiet

this is my first review in 50 years!! the customer service is awful. I ordered a ice coffee and a hot coffee I get to the windows and she hands me 2 hot coffees. ok were human mistakes can be made. I asked if she could get me the ice coffee I had ordered and the response I got was you will have to get back in line to get it.i told her I would not get back in line. she stormed off and got her manager who refunded my order after that I didn't want anything from this location.
