The staff is super friendly. Our order came out quickly, it so happens to be right next door to the Popeyes. That was just the worst thing I've ever experienced. The review is still on point for this place because I visited this place before and then again after the Popeyes.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Ordered 1 latte with almond milk, and he made it with whole milk. Then ordered a matcha… had to make 3 of them and none were with almond milk, nor French vanilla…. He didn’t know how to make drinks or work the register. We left with no drinks, and a refund that took way too long to get. As a barista, It’s honestly hysterical how bad this place is.

9 times out of 10 that I come here, my order is wrong and I wonder if whoever is making the coffee knows how to make it? If you want coffee that doesn't have any coffee in it and tastes like milk, come to this dunkin. The only things going for them is no long lines and the people are nice.

Terrible. Bathrooms were closed. Staff laughed and talked across the room ignoring us. When we were trying to give our order, the guy was too busy listening to the jokes to hear. Head office should definitely check into this place.

Coffee didn’t taste like any other time I had gotten me some Dunkin, donuts were old and stale. But the person taking the order was very polite and had great customer service.

Honestly.....the coffee sucked....really bad......really really BAD

I just went there this morning. I asked for a Hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar, and frankly, it tastes awful.
There is no Hazelnut flavor what so ever, and the coffee itself tastes like they don't clean out their machines properly.
I also ordered two bagels with cream cheese. I was told I needed to pull around front where I waited an additional 5 minutes for them to prepare...2 bagels with cream cheese. Mind you, I was the only person in the drive through when I got there.
When the woman brought them out, I said thank you and made eye contact with her, and she just blinked and walked away without even acknowledging my existence.
And to top it all off, when I get to my office building, THE BAGELS ARE BURNT! How on earth do you burn Bagels? It's also obvious the workers are so damn lazy, they can't even bother to spread the cream cheese on the bagel.
It looks like they just took a scoop out of the cream cheese container, plopped it on the bagel, and then smashed them together, because there's only cream cheese on half of them.
Whoever manages this place is doing a pathetic job.
