9 times out of 10 that I come here, my order is wrong and I wonder if whoever is making the coffee knows how to make it? If you want coffee that doesn't have any coffee in it and tastes like milk, come to this dunkin. The only things going for them is no long lines and the people are nice.

Terrible. Bathrooms were closed. Staff laughed and talked across the room ignoring us. When we were trying to give our order, the guy was too busy listening to the jokes to hear. Head office should definitely check into this place.

Coffee didn’t taste like any other time I had gotten me some Dunkin, donuts were old and stale. But the person taking the order was very polite and had great customer service.

I just went there this morning. I asked for a Hazelnut coffee with cream and sugar, and frankly, it tastes awful.
There is no Hazelnut flavor what so ever, and the coffee itself tastes like they don't clean out their machines properly.
I also ordered two bagels with cream cheese. I was told I needed to pull around front where I waited an additional 5 minutes for them to prepare...2 bagels with cream cheese. Mind you, I was the only person in the drive through when I got there.
When the woman brought them out, I said thank you and made eye contact with her, and she just blinked and walked away without even acknowledging my existence.
And to top it all off, when I get to my office building, THE BAGELS ARE BURNT! How on earth do you burn Bagels? It's also obvious the workers are so damn lazy, they can't even bother to spread the cream cheese on the bagel.
It looks like they just took a scoop out of the cream cheese container, plopped it on the bagel, and then smashed them together, because there's only cream cheese on half of them.
Whoever manages this place is doing a pathetic job.

I just deleted my Dunkin app after my experience at this location. I ordered a latte with almond milk and decaf instead of regular. Instead of substituting regular for decaf, I was charged for an “extra shot” of decaf espresso. When I got to the window I explained that I didn’t want an extra shot, I wanted to substitute decaf for regular. The worker said that was the only way she could put in my order. I know that isn’t true because I have never paid EXTRA for ordering decaf before, but I didn’t want to continue the back and forth/escalate anything. Also I was in the drive thru so I just paid, took my drink and left. I was charged almost $9 for a $6 drink and my cup was about half empty when I received it. It was so frustrating to be forced to pay extra for something that I shouldn’t have had to pay for, then received basically half of my drink. Will never order from Dunkin again
Mikal is outstanding! I’ve been a customer for some time now. I use the mobile app and pick up in drive-thru. Mikal is always friendly, up beat and has a smile on his face! I go there so much I know his voice and he knows mine and all he has to do is say drive on around Jessica P!! Keep up the outstanding service Mikal you deserve way more than 5 stars

Service from staff was rude and unpleasant, asked to speak up as I could not hear. Then directed me to pull forward for a coffee. Staff then refused to bring me my drink to my car after pulling forward. Yelling from the door, that I was not where I was told to park, even though I was asked to pull forward and saw no designated parking signs or pick-up signs marked. Female staff then took the drink inside, stating come get it. Came inside for my drink, only to have it look like this.

Service was meh so so not super friendly almost like I was painful for them to help. Stood at counter while three employees stood away and talked and I could see one of them eating. The location was difficult to get into as they only have one entrance and easy to miss due to trees and traffic.
