Workers had a horrible attitude and got snappy with me when I said my app wasn’t working for Apple Pay. If you hate your job then quit no reason to be rude to customers for no reason all. I’m a loyal dunkin customer but won’t be coming back to this location since everytime I’ve come to this one everyone has nasty attitude and can’t make any drinks right.

Who ever was working the frozen drink section at 9:01:19 am on August 5th DESERVES a raise. The best one ive even had, it was perfectly smooth and watching him make it was art on its own!
As I type this, you got 3-4 employees in the back. The lobby is filthy. The ordering counter not wiped down. It’s not all that busy! And to think, it’s a newer DD by the Air Base and Oceanfront. Geezus ??

Felt rushed to order at the drive thru, then they didn't even get my order right after wanting me in and out so fast. Had to go back through to get a sandwich I ordered and then it tasted burnt after all that.
I am from NYC and the kids who work in NYC need a lesson from the sweet,polite young people I met today. The nicest ever, clean location. Thank you guys have a great day.

how are you going to be a new england franchise and not carrry any maple frosted donuts. this is a disgrace to the dunkin donuts brand. whoever is in charge of ordering needs to put that on the menu
