When I was in Portsmouth my coffee at dunkin was always perfect. I recently moved out here to VA beach and I'm paying 14 dollars for coffee that is 90% of the time TRASH and watered down. I don't think I'll be coming here anymore and it makes my heart sad because it's so close to my house, but if I wanted watered down coffee I'd make it at home and save money. I'm not always asking for perfection, just a decent coffee. And this place ain't it.

Sorry to say they did not have the donuts that I wanted. Employee said that the apple cider donuts are not available at that location, and the apple filled donuts have been discontinued. Aught!
It's apple season. It is the fall.

I order a medium caramel machiato and a everything bagel with cream cheese. My coffee is trash and will be going to such all o taste is whole milk, no espresso, no caramel and then my bagel you could at least gave me a knife for to spread the cream cheese. It was a good of cream cheese thrown in the middle of the bagel and slapped together. I dont visit dunkin often but this is enough to make me say never again. Im not a dunking girly and now I understand why. 10.28 for a coffee thats going in the trash and a bagel that I have to either wait to eat or somehow figure out how to spread the cream cheese and not make a mess.

This location has a great team. They seem to work well together to complete orders quickly and correctly. They have also been consistently kind. I went to a different location, and the quality of service and food/drink was not great — slow service, burnt-tasting coffee, sloppy sandwich with cold slice of cheese thrown on. Returned to this location and was not disappointed. They seem to always make my order just how I like it — yummy & sweet medium iced coffee with oatmilk, sugar, caramel, and coconut & a warm, well-made sandwich.

There has been a few instances that you guys have gave me incorrect food. Like today 8/3/2025: I had duty the day before and didnt really get sleep so i ordered through the drive-thru & I usually I check the bag. I ordered for me and my husband (2) Reg hashbrowns/ (2) loaded hashbrowns ( no bacon cause I dont eat pork) , (1) Everything bagel mini and an avocado toast w/ no bacon. I got home and everything is loaded with bacon. Like I literally said it multiple times before driving ti the pay window. This is the 3rd time this has happened

I’ll give credit where it’s due: the service at this Dunkin’ is fast, and the atmosphere is actually pretty nice. It’s clean, and the staff seems friendly enough. But unfortunately, none of that makes up for the fact that the coffee was terrible both times I went.

Day 1: I ordered a flavored coffee, and it tasted like burnt water—no exaggeration. Just bitter, stale, and completely unenjoyable. I figured maybe it was just a bad batch and gave them another shot.

Day 2: Ordered the same thing, hoping they’d get it right. This time, they completely forgot the flavoring. I might as well have ordered plain coffee, because that’s exactly what I got—again, undrinkable.

I wanted to like this place because it’s convenient and has potential, but two days in a row of bad coffee and sloppy prep? I’m done. Fast service means nothing if the product isn’t even right.
