Dunkin'

I am a die hard Dunkin fan, visiting everyday, sometimes twice per day. Depending on my schedule for the day, I may visit a different location.
Well, I ALWAYS get the same thing so I know when it's made correctly. This location's coffee was completely watered down. I asked them to remake it and it wasn't any better. Disappointment.

I just went through the dry through.I do dunkin' donuts every day.I go to the one on general booth boulevard, as well as the one on birdneck. I decided to go to this one today on first colonial.Because i'm headed this way.And I thought I would give it some business and order a sandwich.Because dunkin' donuts is my go to near my house. I ordered a coffee and a bacon.Egg and cheese croissant and I got to the window and the lady was super nice.There was a gentleman that stuffed it in a bag and handed it to her, and it was very quick. She nicely handed me the coffee and was pleasant.Unfortunately, when I opened my sandwich, when parking right outside of the establishment, I realized they gave me the wrong sandwich.They gave me a bagel and not a croissant, which I am not going to.Eat. then, the bagel looks like it has mold on it.And the cheese is not melted, so I went around to the dry through, and the lady hollered at me that they don't melt the cheese.And this is not the lady that served me.That was nice.This was a lady behind her saying, sorry, we don't melt the cheese.We don't melt the cheese twice.And maybe even three times and I told her, yes, I always get the cheese melted on my sandwiches at dunkin'.Donuts that the cheese shouldn't be hard and just sitting on top and the bagel, not looking moldy.And I told her it was the wrong sandwich. Her attitude was so poor that I just pulled off, and I threw out my sandwich.I couldn't believe how poorly I was being treated after telling them I got the wrong sandwich and the cheese is hard and not melted that I need to deal with the cheese the way it is. This is horrific and really put a bad start to my morning. And I'm no longer going to patronize this Dunkin' Donuts ever again. And I will pass on the word. How pathetic i was treated.

Young girl with red braids was the worst. No customer service skills at all. I wouldn’t have her walk my dog honestly! Just completely rude and embarrassing!

This is the only Dunkin in VB that can get an order right. Promote everyone working here to upper management immediately. Highly recommend this place if you want the food that you ask for.

I don’t really understand how the store could undergo a month’s worth of construction, and the machines still be broken when I come in, as well as the store still somehow be understaffed.

Person who took my order was very rude. He listed the seven or so donuts they had available and when I requested one that he didn’t mention (I was listening for specific donuts and my sister was asking for a different one), he said “ma’am, we only have THESE donuts available” in a very forceful and condescending tone of voice. It hurt my feelings. How was I supposed to remember exactly what he said? I understand that you probably hate your job, man, but don’t take it out on your customers, even when they’re being a little bit dumb.

Worker was rude, slammed window shut because I asked to remake the coffee. Isn’t first time this has happened. Service is terrible, they never make the drinks right. I got a latte and there is no espresso in it.

I had to get my iced coffee made THREE times. I ordered an iced blueberry coffee with almond milk. When she handed it to me it looked brown like plain iced coffee. When I tasted it, it was plain black coffee. No blueberry taste at all. I get the same thing at kempsville and princess Anne and it looks light brown and I can clearly taste the syrup. I went around again asking for more flavor at least, and a little more milk, she handed me the dark brown coffee again! No flavor, again! The manager helped me the third time and it was slightly better, but not the way the other places make it! Never going here again. :( but I love kempsville, and princess Anne was just as wonderful! The photo is from princess anne, what’s left of it, because it was great! Unlike Ngreat neck .

I went today to pick up my mobile order. I ordered a frozen coffee, one of their newer flavor lattes and a donut for my son. The girl with glasses rudely handed over my drinks if I was bothering her. The frozen coffee was gross as was the latte. The donut was flat but edible per my child. Ive given this location a couple chances even after dealing with the rude and unprofessional employees. At this point the owner / franchisee should go ahead and close this DD down, its not like they seem to give a damn anyway. 0 stars, do not recommend.

i went today, 5/12 around 11:15 am and whoever was working was extremely unprofessional. i pulled up to the speaker and she says “dunkin,” thats all. i order 2 snackin bacons extra crispy and i get them and one is so cold the grease at the bottom was thick and white and the other one was literally pink and white i dont even know if it was cooked. i pull back around and she was pretty condescending about it and only cooked the ones that were pink and didnt just give me 2 new ones and claimed it was “policy to serve them at room temperature.” i then say “i dont mean to be rude but ive gotten them before here and they were definitely warmer and crispier” and she goes “yea i know but its policy.” overall rude and unprofessional.

I would rather have no Dunkin there than this one. Doesn’t even have most of the things on the menu the store displays and they can’t make a coffee right if the world depended on it. The one thing they got is consistency. They consistently mess up my orders. Yes I’m bitter bc they gave me pond water when I ordered a coffee w oat milk.
