Absolutely horrible customer service. I'm a new customer to Dunkin, and just from this experience I never want to return. I placed an on the go order from the Dunkin app and when I went to pick up my order, the guy at the window was incredibly rude and made me feel like an idiot because I couldn't understand what he was saying and I apologized and asked him to repeat himself. It was obvious he was stressed out due to how busy the store was, but that's no reason to take it out...read full review
