I'm from up north and this Dunkin got it on lock! Hot coffee is always perfectly hot even though I get it light and sweet and same for the breakfast sandwiches.... Hot.... cheese melted! Thanks I don't miss home as much.. at least there you!!! Holler

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service & Management
This particular Dunkin’ Donuts location is a huge letdown. The staff clearly have no regard for customer service. After waiting 15 minutes to place an order, another 20 minutes were spent only to find that the sandwiches hadn’t been prepared. A decent manager would have comped the entire bill or at least offered some kind of apology. Instead, the response was simply, “You have your coffee.”
It was a waste of time and definitely not worth the visit. Avoid this location if quality service and respect for customers are a priority.

The lady in the drive thur, was very rude I had to repeat my order three times to her, and I was only getting 1 ice coffee. Customer service is not for her she told me a Manager was not there. She said Sandra was her name

I was just in the Dunkin’ Donuts five minutes ago. Service was horrible and the people in there were very Rude. I figured I would go in that service would be quicker. I’m warning you now don’t do that. I was told by the very rude girl in there that they will take all drive-through orders before helping the people inside. That that’s what they’re told to do. The man that was trying to help me don’t know what the hell he was doing on the register. I finally got my munchkins and I was waiting for my coffee. That’s when I found out that I had six people in front of me getting their coffee first. At this point, I was not very happy and told them just let me pay for my munchkins.. The girl looked at me And asked me if even paid for them yet? I said no, that’s why I’m asking to pay for them now. So I paid and left the store. The Duncan store is a couple blocks from where I live, but I will never go back to it again!
