This is the 1 closest to my house. And just let me tell you, The staff is so amazing. Sweet, kind, thoughtful. I won't go to another (even if I move) They know my order, my car and my voice. I would give them a million stars if I could. Absolutely the best!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Donuts are hit or miss, sometimes they are so hard I just throw them away. It also seems like it’s an annoyance when walking in, service could be improved upon.

I now drive out of my way to another location down the street. Hope your experience is better than mine.

Ayden didn’t fill the coffee all the way up, it was half empty and I asked him to remake it once he gave me the drink he proceeded to give me attitude after I said thank you. There wasn’t a line or anything behind us in the drive thru so there was no need for the attitude.

Walked into Dunkin and seemed okay. Place was clean and it wasn’t too busy. When I get to the register I told the man I wanted a cappuccino blast. He immediately got attitude with me and says “well are you going to order breakfast first? Because that’s what’s open right now and that’s what’s on the menu.” Last I checked cappuccino is considered coffee and that’s breakfast but anyway. The whole time the man is being rude and I feel like he definitely doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t want me there either. One of his coworkers goes to start making my cappuccino and then the old man yells at HIM also telling him “go back to the window and stay in your station” when all the other coworker was trying to do was help. I find that to be such a toxic work environment. Cudos to the other coworker with the tattoos and piercings cause he bit his tongue and was kind and respectful and I couldn’t have done that if I was in that situation. The old man at the register should NOT be working in customer service or retail with a bad attitude like that. On top of that, he didn’t even make my drink properly. I will not be going back to Dunkin because of that man. Such a terrible experience.

If you're looking for some hot water, they're fantastic! It's just too bad you have to provide your own cocoa.

Also, and this is without sarcasm, they're the only location that consistently has Maple-Frosted Doughnuts! Truly fantastic!

I don’t like being negative but I was spoken to as if I was remedial and reading other people’s reviews is really helpful. In short, I did a mobile for drive through. The person in front of me was ordering a bit so I drove around not knowing it leads you to the parking lot beside it. I walked into the lobby and was snapped at with it’s closed. Now I didn’t notice a sign but also just lock the door then. Maybe it’s me. The lack of noticing a sign is my fault. I did ask the kid if I could just grab my drink right there and he said no. And had the snappiest attitude. So I walk up to the window and he responds with “ when I said drive- through I meant with your car.” I said I understand but my car was in the next lot and I would have to go on Holland and u-turn twice. I didn’t know I couldn’t circle back around in their parking lot. They hand me the drink and then say “well it says drive-through anyway.” Ugh. Just give me my
Overpriced drink. I’ve done drive through on busy mornings and have walked in to get it pre-construction without issue. The drink is good if that counts for something.

I really do not know why I am leaving a review because nobody really cares. They should shut the store down very rude customer service and my food was OK but not hot and the service was not good. They do not listen and I did not get what I ordered from my drink, this is my first time here in my last they should just shut this place down leaving a review for no reason, but hopefully somebody reads it and stops coming here a $60 order should’ve been only $30. That’s what I get for being stupid and come into Dunkin’ Donuts. They will never change time to find a new place. Maybe I should open my own donut store. I would do better than these people.

One of the workers had an attitude with me over the phone. They kept repeating "did u read the sign. It's right there on the door" in a snappy tone in response to a question I had about their lobby being closed for renovations. and I couldn't even get my actual question out because they cut me off just to say that. I had in fact read the sign and was gonna comply to using their drive through I just wanted to ask a simple question before I did.

Bro acts like he waits for moments when he thinks a customer is wrong just to be mean.

Every single time I come to this location they make my drink incorrectly. Today my drink wasn’t even full when they handed it to me. Not to mention the lady at the window asked me my name (I had a mobile order) and proceeded to basically say I didn’t know my own name bc the pronunciation didn’t match the spelling. It was a very rude and uncomfortable interaction.
