This has got to be the worse Dunkin I have ever been to. Every single time I go there they either forget something or something is wrong. Now I don't know about the afternoon crew but that morning crew is horrible. One time I had to go back in that building 3 times because my order was incorrect. When that guy makes the avocado toast it's always extremely burned. If I go at 5:30 am or 8am it's always the same thing. They need to do better immediately!

Every single time I mobile order and send a coworker to pick it up, they will not give her the food portion of my order. Today I ordered a $6 deal and only got the coffee... and they will not refund the charge, neither the store nor the app. There are good dunkins in VB and this one IS NOT- take the extra time to drive somewhere else

I went there at 3:30 on a Tuesday afternoon veterans Day and they had zero donuts. They did have some donut holes but they didn't have any donuts at all. I can't really figure out why they were still open

0 stars would be better. I haven't had a more overall crappy experience in a long time. I drive for DoorDash so I went to go pick up an order, It wasn't ready so I ordered myself a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I got my order pretty quickly and was happy to be on my way. Once I was 2 mins down the road I opened the food to find a sandwich that did not look good at all. There a stack of cheese on it. (3piece) the egg was cold, the bacon was so crispy and not even hot. The cheese couldn't melt or even be should if it wanted to. The worse thing was 6 calls to the store, 2 calls to corrupt customer service and 4 hrs later and I still can't get anyone in the phone. The restaurant is connected to a Miller mark gas station and I even called them to see why the dunkin Donuts wouldn't answer. The last told me she would let them know and a hour later still no one will answer. I will need go there again and recommend you don't either.

The service is typically always fine and kind, but holy cow they are always out of something, or the system is down, or SOMETHING! Or they forget something in our order or just mess it up somehow. Idk what is going on here but they need some HELP or to sell and close. Go back to a Rally’s.

From when they open till 0600 daily it doesnt matter what time that 1st hour you go by the employee is either sleeping in the back or on their phone and refuses to do their job.
Witnessed it half a dozen times and never again with that location.
