Why do they always run out of coffee rolls sometimes before 10? This is consistent. Wood think a larger delivery would have been a clue by now. We are talking many many weeks. Otherwise food and services are 5 star.

The manager did the best she could. The girl got my whole order wrong. Then one of the guy didn’t put the caramel drizzle. But manager asked me. I will say she got the job done

For a while this location had gotten better, but the past few times I've stood at counter with my kids only to be completely ignored. I get that the folks working there can get busy, but to be completely ignored?

I stopped in on Saturday 3/8/25 (early afternoon). A thin young Caucasian gentleman with some facial hair greeted me politely and took my order. His co-worker, a young African-American gentleman brought me out my hot fresh coffee and thanked me.
Both gentlemen called me sir.
The Caucasian employee brought out my sourdough breakfast sandwich (with turkey sausage, egg white, and cheese) all hot, fresh, made to order…and it was a generous portion and looked & tasted perfect. And he even thanked me after serving me order.
On my way out, the African-American employee thanked me again and wished me a good day.
Never judge a book by its cover. I try & live by that. I say that because these two young men looked like older high school students but they carried themselves like mature, courteous professionals.
I wish I would’ve got their names because they are to be commended. Thanks to them, that’s the best experience I’ve ever had at that Dunkin Donuts location. And I’ve been there a lot.
I recommend that they both get a raise and a bonus!
Ordered thru app. Hash browns were cold greasy and stale. The sandwich was ok

Will never come here again! I was ignored waiting at the counter and ended up walking out JUST NOW! I have patience but this was ridiculous especially after I was at the drive thru and was told I’d have to come in to place an order.

When you go through the drive thru and they aren't open during their normal business hours and the staff is standing around inside, they should at least acknowledge you and let you know they are closed. This location seems to be closed quite often during their business hours. Not sure if they just have that many issues and something needs fixed or if the staff is just not wanting to work. Really ruins your day when you're trying to get your coffee and breakfast on the way to work.
Why is every time you come to this location in the evening the drive thru doesn't work, the card machines or computers are down, or they are straight up closed hours before their posted closing time. When we come in the mornings everything is great and customer service is great. but anytime we come especially when the one young lady is working they can never seem to take our order. Where is the manager when they are closing early with no warning or having all these issues that you can't order? Seems like she comes up with any excuse to close down early.

Burnt tots and undercooked food. Couldn’t handle 2 tots burnt bad enough all the food was ruined and 3 egg sandwiches cold/not toasted. Took almost 20 minutes to get my food order. Not worth it.
