As a former employee of dunkin I am very ashamed to write such negative review. I wa in the drive they for 15 mins due to me receiving a cold item which Is ready to made per customer, it just doesn’t sit out all day. Then I found I was charged for a latte when ordered a small coffee with almond milk. Exactly $1 difference. The employees on the shift all except for two more very rude, nasty and non competent . I have never had a bad coffee or any issues at my local Dunkin
I go to this Dunkin daily. Service has been terrible lately. The manager lady this morning was very rude to us customers. The new employees did not know what they were doing and when they got the manager to help she told us it was OUR fault & the customer is wrong. � The crew members were fine with trying to figure it out, but the manager’s attitude towards us was my last straw.
