I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich toasted via Uber Eats. I received a UNTOASTED, wheat bread sandwich. Considering the service fees, tip, and taxes we pay using Uber Eats you'd think the employees would do their due diligence to ensure orders are accurate.

Was told TODAY before noon that they “don’t really make donuts anymore.” ZERO DONUTS!!! It didn’t even smell like donuts tbh. Went to the location by Target… and was told the same exact thing!! Went to Harris Teeter to get the donuts. Worked out bc they’re cheaper, bigger, and more delicious anyways. Krispie Kreme was too far at this point.

This location is open until 9 PM. I came shortly after 4 PM and they had 0 doughnuts. It's literally a donut shop. So I went to a smaller, non chain donuts shop instead!

The workers lack basic customer service skills. I never get specialty drinks at any Dunkin location because their syrups always have this weird alcohol taste. Basic iced coffee, munchkins, and vegetable cream cheese on a toasted bagel are the best things on the menu. 👍🏽

This was my first time visiting any Dunkin location, this just happened to be the closest to where I was at the time. The store looks pretty clean. It is staffed by a hand full of high school kids. I ordered a hot coffee and a sourdough sandwich. The boy that was making sandwiches at the time finished the order he was on then left and it was several minutes before any of the other staff members realized no one had made my sandwich yet. The sandwich was a huge disappointment. Only one of the pieces of bread was toasted. The other piece was soggy from soaking up grease. It had no flavor at all. I don't know if I'd come back here, at least not for food. The hot coffee isn't bad although I wish they had something like coffeemate instead of the liquid cups of cream.

I was literally the first one into the drive-thru at 11:55 a.m. and sat there along with the line of cars behind me, waiting to be acknowledged. After six solid minutes I gave up. Nobody wants to spend 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. As I finally gave up and left the line, I drove by the window to see at least half a dozen workers doing nothing.
Not sure what happened to the days when you could get a cup of coffee in a couple minutes or less, but it seems that this organization is far more In selling dessert drinks than their core business that made them. That would be all well and fine if they still put an emphasis on customer service. I can assure you this was not an isolated incident. I enjoy a cup of dunkin' so I endure the terrible service and long waits but I think I'm pretty much done.

They gave me burnt hash browns. I'm not talking about petty crisped edges. I understand that working in culinary can be difficult and frustrating when things don't go like they're supposed to but someone actually gave me black round hash browns (every single one) and thought it was acceptable to give to someone. That lets me know that they absolutely didnt GAF! They didn't completely close the munchkin box at the bottom which got sugar all over the seat of my car. I hate to give a bad review but this ruined my entire morning before work. Please do better.
Edit: so I came back the next day to see if today would be different. Im glad I did because I didn't take a picture the first time. The same thing happened today with the scrambled hashbrowns. The only things that were edible was the queso and bacon on top.
