Both of my iced beverages were handed to me 3/4 filled. To add insult to injury both beverages tasted horrible. Only positive part of this experience was how quickly the line moved. Otherwise, complete waste of money.

Listen I go to Duncan multiple times a week. However this location steady gives me a cup of milk with Carmel. Me and my gf get a large Carmel iced latte at least 2-3 times a week and Ik what it taste like and looks like and this ain't it.
No Doughnut prices on menu. ???I THINK the doughnuts are $1.50 per doughnut seemingly regardless of quantity. But nowhere dose it say that. Not in store, not on the menu, not on the web-sight. Nowhere. So: ?♂️

This has been my 2nd time that Dunkin has diss appointment me with their service. But this location takes the crown now.First of, why would you server a customer sewage looking water. Its literally the color of dehydrated pee. Come on! Where is the quality check before handing it over to the customer!?$20 for a meal for 2 and this is what we get.

This location used to be the best but is going downhill. Went this week & was told they aren’t letting customers use the public restrooms anymore because “people like to clog them up”. Apparently, the rest of the customers with young kids or who just need to use the facilities AT A RESTAURANT don’t matter. Whoever owns this location needs to clean house.
