I usually don’t leave reviews. Pleas save your time and your money. This isn’t a good Chinese food restaurant. The wings were under cooked. The egg drop soup was gross. The fries rice was bland absolutely horrible. The best thins was the crab Rangoon and it was a 2 out 5. If was so overloaded with chives and onions that I could barely eat it. Maybe they have other good items on the menu but what I had today made me never even consider going back.

The food was good. My beef and broccoli was really liquidy but maybe that's because I'm used to more commercial Chinese places like Panda Express. The egg roll was cooked perfectly, it was so good. Definitely will come again for my lunch break.

This is my absolute favorite Chinese food restaurant in all of Virginia, and outside of NYC, it is STILL in my top 5. The food is always excellent, No matter what I've ordered, I have always been happy with what I've received. I've never had a wrong order, and when I've ordered for delivery it is insanely fast.
I always get Beef Lo Mein, egg rolls and General Tso's Chicken. The beef is always so tender, my eggrolls perfectly fried and what I love about the chicken here is that I get more chicken than I do flour coating, unlike many of the OTHER places in the area where the chicken is questionable at best.
Also. I've read all the bad reviews, and I have to say that these White-ass Karen complaints are exactly what you'd expect from someone that has no idea what their talking about. The audacity of screaming about how Board Wok is a better restaurant. Board Wok was some of the worst food I've had. Right up there with Panda Express.
Some of these people probably think that Olive Garden is peak Italian food too. Please. Do yourself a favor and ignore those reviews. This restaurant is one of the very best for American Chinese food.
East Wok is a family owned restaurant and that is made very clear when you pick food up and their kids are sitting at tables or helping out and I think that is amazing. This restaurant isn't decked out with traditional Chinese décor, but that is just fine. I'd take quality of food over frivolous decorations any day.
Go in, get your food, and stfu about 'she's not friendly' She is not your friend. She is going to take your order and in record time, give you a piping hot bag of great Chinese food. It's not that hard.

My husband and I got delivery 12-1-2023My husband got Chicken and Broccoli and white rice. I got a small chicken broth and I asked for an order of vegetables SPRING ROLLS . The chicken was not chicken, it was MYSTERY MEAT. The rice was ok. I ordered spring rolls I got two giant egg rolls that were not cooked all the way and the inside was so nasty I kid you not my dog wouldn’t eat it. Lesson learned I will continue to eat at BOARD WOK RESTAURANT on Sandbridge Road

The food is delicious and the service is top notch. I have been going here for over 15 years and have never been disappointed. But remember, this is a Chinese Food joint, not a restaurant. Don't expect any frills except the food.

My go-to Chinese take out spot. I've tried several in VB and haven't found a good takeout spot until this one. They also deliver if you live close enough. Food is always hot and tastes great. I don't love their hot & sour soup, I've had better elsewhere but everything else I've ordered was good. I like their chicken and broccoli, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, dumplings, etc.
