eat: an american bistro

Our overall experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. Based on the reviews, we were looking forward to it and were let down. We were brought the wrong drinks twice and we waited over 45 minutes before our appetizer was brought out. It appeared that we were forgotten. Our food was then rushed after that and one entrée was overcooked, and the other was undercooked. The price of the food did not reflect the quality here. Based on this visit, I would not recommend it.

The service was amazing and the food was impeccable. I've never had to close my eyes and almost cry over a meal. Absolutely amazing. 

There were 7 of us and we had a fantastic experience . The food and beverages were excellent. We had a wonderful waiter who was very accommodating . Highly recommend this restaurant.

Great food at great customer service. We sat at the bar and the bartender was awesome and gave great recommendations. Would definitely go again. 

Loved the food and the ambiance, but the prices were a bit high for what you're getting. Would not repeat here, but I did enjoy the food - got the pot stickers, brusselsprouts, the deviled eggs, and the ahi tuna. The drinks were also fair; not the beats

We have dined here several times and have had excellent food, drinks and services each time. Everything on the menu (and it changes, which I love) sounds so good it is hard to decide!!! Goat cheese encrusted lamb, soft shell crab, grilled octopus… all so good. Also had the best Negroni!

Five stars all around!!!! Outstanding!!!!! Compliments to the chef, bartender and all staff!!

We have been dining at EAT since its opening! Chef Heilig and the Team do a great job. Always check out the special board.

This place is a hideen gem! It never disappoints! Always has fantastic daily specials, last night I had the soft shell crabs. It was outstanding with such fresh ingredients. The wings are a staple on the menu, and they are to die for. Desserts are always on point as well.

Appetizer oysters Rockefeller were amazing. We had a delicious halibut dinner. Nicely spicy with Lucious Thai flavorings. Cozy dining room with knowledgeable service.

A little different but in a good way. Food better than average. I recommend it and will go again.

Long standing “institution”but fresh ideas on new cuisine. We had a delightful time. Parking is an adventure. Wonderful service.

A wonderful place. It appears small and to the side of grand restaurants but it hits well above it's weight. The food presentation and taste were exceptional - I took soft shell crab and it totally hit the spot, my friends took burgers and lamb rack - phenomenal. Do not skip the cocktails (one of the few places they are better than beer) and top it with dessert - creme de pot has a subtle tang from coffee mixed with flavor of chocolate.

My friends and I had a wonderful time here. Cocktails and food were delicious. We're planning to go again soon.
