Poor food OR poor service I usually ignore and just chalk up to a bad day at the restaurant, however, poor food AND poor service is truly the hallmark of a poorly run establishment. This place unfortunately epitomizes both.

I ordered a lox bagel and was surprised to find it came with what amounted to basically a single bite of VERY thinly sliced lox. It was almost comical how little salmon there was.

When I politely brought this to the attention of the counter person, who identified themselves as Nicole, hoping for a simple fix, I was met with the most abysmal customer service I have ever encountered.

Instead of acknowledging the issue or offering a solution, Nicole immediately became confrontational and defensive. Any attempt to reasonably address the situation was met with hostility and a refusal to even consider rectifying the problem. It was as if I had personally offended her by pointing out the lack of lox on my bagel.

After a few minutes of somewhat frustrating back and forth, and with my appetite thoroughly ruined by Nicole's appalling attitude, I requested a refund for the food and drink I no longer wanted. Even this simple request was met with resistance where she only wanted to refund a single item at a time. I've honestly never seen anything like this before...

I strongly suggest avoiding this franchise. There are plenty of other coffee shops and bagel places in the area that offer both decent food and customer service that doesn't leave you feeling like you wasted your time/money. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Absolutely Horrible - Health Hazard

We initially left a negative review after a terrible breakfast experience, but things got even worse a few hours later. Both my husband and I started having severe stomach pain and had to go to the emergency room, where we were diagnosed with a stomach bug caused by food contamination.

It was clear the food at this place wasn’t fresh, and on top of that, we noticed the staff handling food with bare hands right after touching the cash register and money — no gloves at all! To make matters worse, when we arrived, they were cleaning the coffee machine with chemicals, and we suspect this could have contaminated our coffee.

Beware of this disgusting place! It’s a serious health hazard, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here.

**Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Place**

We had breakfast here this morning, and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. The staff was very unfriendly and seemed to have an attitude the entire time. They mixed up our order, and the food and coffee were both of extremely poor quality. Neither tasted good at all, and within a few hours, both my husband and I had severe stomach issues, including diarrhea.

If you care about your health and want a decent meal, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The food is not good, and the service makes the experience even worse.

This is a review to management: PLEASE FIX THIS LOCATION'S ESPRESSO MACHINE. It never works! I shouldn't have to call to ask if it's working today--this is a coffee shop! The employees are wonderful, and the food is great, but for the love of caffeine, send them a new espresso machine!! I'd go a whole lot more often if it worked every. single. day.

This location is the absolute worst. Horrible customer service, the staff won't even look up from what they are doing when a customer walks in. I stook there in front of someone for a good 2 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Not to mention, the bagel was burnt - half the time the espresso machine or the toaster is broken also.

Food is great. Just don’t know about paying more than $10 for a bagel with an egg and avocado on it with some sauce. Food is very good just wish it was maybe $6-7 especially with no side.

Funny Breakfast Sunday Morning. No hot coffee or tea and the toaster also broken after the order

No hot bagel as well lol :)))

More fun, money refunded except the drink, as they served earlier without any explanation; however, the tip was not :) .

Result: they got 100% tip for a cold drink, which was not even a preferred option.

Their cheddar Jalepeno Bagel with Jalepeno Salsa schmear on bagel is Delicious… but a bit pricey for the Amount of cream cheese they provide… Coffee was okay… The service can be better…

I’ve come in twice in the last several months just to order two coffees during seemingly less busy times. Both times now my order has been incorrect. One coffee iced the other blended and instead both are charged and served iced. When you tell them one was supposed to be blended they huff and look at each other annoyed and the only solution is a refund. I like caribou coffee but the staff in here is unprofessional and have failed both my orders. I’m really disappointed as it took me several months to give it another chance after the first time I asked for it in a reusable cup and the cashier looked at me like I was being inconvenient. I was really hoping it was just a one off experience
