Einstein Bros. Bagels

I ordered a Nova Lox Bagel. There was one sliver of salmon that didn't even cover the whole bagel. Very disappointing. I have gotten the same bagel before with more salmon on it for the same price. Not worth the price or lack of salmon taste

I was welcomed in and the food was great. The coffee whatever mocha and hash brown bagel with pork sausage hit the spot! 😎

I visit this Einstein Bros Bagels regularly and usually order the same bagel sandwich each time. Unfortunately, I’ve had recurring issues with orders being entered incorrectly or not understood by the cashier, and on a few occasions I even received the wrong item.

To help improve accuracy and make the ordering process smoother for both customers and staff, I’d recommend adding a self-order kiosk. This would make it easier for customers to enter their exact order and ensure everything is correct. I think it would really improve the overall experience here.

Place is not clean. Also not very friendly and will not go back. Bagels were good but the manager was unpleasant.

Hashbrown Bagel with egg, bacon, cheese and aloli mayo. My sandwich certainly didn't look as nice as the one in the picture. The aioli overwhelmed the sandwich making it difficult to taste anything else. Bagel was fresh and warm, which was a plus. I will skip this one next time.

The new pizza bagel is the bomb. Mark loves the Nova Lox. Service was excellent. Joe has the best attitude and knows how to make a customer smile besides being accurate and efficient. We will be back!

My co worker ordered breakfast for us and wow! Best breakfast bagels I’ve ever had! I was very impressed and I loved the different flavours and unique pairings. Will be coming back soon.

I was excited to try them and that excitement was gone the moment I tasted my dirty chai. That was the worst dirty chai that I have ever had and it had really weird aftertaste (it was similar to the smell of nail polish remover). My sandwich was okay but it was so mushy. The service was fast but almost all of the tables were dirty. Not a huge fan.

First time dining in and ordered the Oktoberfest sandwich, and was told cheese dip that comes with it was out of stock, also ordered pizza bagel for friend. Than ordered iced caramel macchiato and a regular ice coffee, for friend and I thru app while there. The iced caramel macchiato in app was shown with whip cream and Carmel drizzle when I mentioned whip cream and drizzle was missing, they also said they didn't have 2 percent milk either they were out so I chose skim milk, however they wanted to charge 45 cents extra for whip cream when it clearly shows and says includes whip cream and caramel drizzle finally after showing picture I received it but no caramel drizzle. They said app is wrong so I told them to let app know because that's what's advertised and what I paid for my friend. Also the Oktoberfest bagel had way too much mustard so I gave it to my friend. I tried Pizza bagel and other ice coffee both were acceptable.

I always like to go to bagel shops as Im X New Yorker and great bagel are a sport in NYC.

Einstein's typically does a good bagel and i've found their atmospheres hip.

This location has a great atmosphere with people behind the counter who are trying and are kind.

I have to tell you there is large employee turn over and the service is epicly slow, Im setting here waiting all in 17 minutes for a bagel with 7 people in the store.

Lame, come on guys you can do better.. I'd give a 3.5 stars but not able so being generous with the four stars.

I hope management gets to read this as it is a good establishment with good food. They just have to tune up their service side quite a bit. This is not the first time this has happened. It's like about the fifth or sixth.

Amazing spot for a quick eat. Every time I am in that area I try to stop by. Their service is also really good. Everyone is nice, especially that one employee named Anthony.

Wow, this place is amazing! I really enjoyed my breakfast here the other day, and it stuck with me so much I’m considering going here every single day! There was a black man who had excellent and extremely satisfactory customer service, I think his name was Anthony? Either way, I enjoyed my time here, and I think Anthony should be voted employee of the month or something! The other staff were also very kind.

Make sure you check the food before you leave. I had some main ingredients missing from my sandwich but didn’t know until I got home.
