Ordered the chorizo sunrise bagel with 2 eggs, they gave me a completely different kind of sandwich with 1 egg. The man who took my order was not very friendly.

I don’t even know where to start. We walked in and there was a lady ahead of us so we waited for her to order but we were given no greeting upon arrival. The guy was just standing there with his mouth open. I had already decided what I wanted so as not to take up their time but the lady who switched over to register was immediately rude. It was as if it was a problem that we came into the building. They clearly do not want to be running a business if they do not want customers… my bagel sandwich was expensive with little to no cream cheese, they forgot the avocado and I am still hungry! The sandwiches are small in size compared to what you may see in pictures and the cheesy hash brown bagel is just an Asiago bagel… then I leave just to remember they didn’t give me the dog bagel that I paid for. So I wasted my gas and my money on something I will make at home next time…

So I went in on a Monday morning, they had enough staff but hardly any bagels. They had one six cheese bagel left, I purchased it. Then a few minutes later I was told that the toaster ate the bagel. I was the only customer in line so I guess an online order came through after requesting the bagel. They then whispered amongst themselves when they saw me watch the bagel come out of the toaster. I guess I was not a valued customer to them. I will not be going back to any of their locations. They could’ve told me the truth and the review would have went much differently. They have no products and want to deceive customers after receiving my payment. What else are the employees dishonest about?

When ordering the girls were extremely rude. I order a certain bagel, (my wife is pregnant and is craving it) and there were 2 left, we are placing our order and paying and then another girl comes up and says she taking the last two for a mobile order and we need to change our order… the customer service is terrible. Not to mention the cleanliness. The floors are filthy.

I heard so much about this place so I decided to go I ordered my food and went it to pick it up they called the name Nita I went up the lady handed me the bag. I left and drove to my destination and opened up my food and was very disappointed it was not what I ordered. I called and the lady said she said Lita not Nita. I said well I’m about 30 mins away I can notturn aroun this right this is not what I ordered meanwhile the food is not cheap lol. I thought maybe they would say I could get a credit. She told me I could come get it I said I’m at work I won’t be back in Va. Bch until after 4 she said you can get it then. I thought her attitude was extremely nasty. No customer service all. I ask to speak to the manager and She said she was the general manager. If this is how a general manager handle mishaps she need to get a lesson in customer service for sure. Her name is Nicole was was nasty.

Oh my goodness! So good! Such unique flavors as well as the old trusty! Bestie and I loved the avocado, tomato, egg white sandwich. We had Spinach Florentine and Jalapeno Cheddar! Mmmmmm!

I wanted to try this place for breakfast. I got the 2 egg country bagel on asiago with country smear. Made it a meal so it added a hash brown like side with it and I had fresh OJ. The sandwich was good but that country smear was too much. It looked like whoever made it added way too much pepper. It looked like powdered black pepper was used instead of cracked pepper. The flavor was intense. Didn't really care for it. The Hash browns thing was not really cooked. The OJ was delicious and I also ordered a jalapeno and bacon bagel with smear. That was delicious! But pricy, it was almost 5 bucks just for the bagel with smear. I'm glad that I tried it but I don't think it's for me.

Consistent Einstein Bros., great bagles! I love the farmhouse bagle! Parking on a Sunday morning was no issue, we parked in the rear parking area but during busy hours during the week, parking could be an issue.
