Time online says they close at 7 on Saturdays. I pulled up at 5:30 got out and the lady open the door and said they were closed. I said oh you guys run out of something. She said no we’re just closing at 6 today! Even though they still technically were open for 30mins I’m sure one more hot dog wouldn’t have killed them or killed the cleaning of the grill. This location is by far the worst out of the locations. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ate Uncle Al’s Famous Hot Dogs today — now my stomach’s throwing a party I didn’t RSVP to. Burger King might still mess with your gut, but at least it’s worth the drama. If I could give Uncle Al’s zero stars, I’d give it minus five. Do yourself a favor and go to burger king instead!
The hours on the internet are incorrect. Tried to come twice and both times they were closed before the hours shown. Please update hours on google.
Came in with my husband (who is black) and son (who is mixed). We sat down. A few minutes later two white women came in and they IMMEDIATELY got service before we did. Never coming back!

I try to come here at least once a week. The staff is always really nice and can cook some dang good food!! Great daily specials & desserts. I got their BLT for the first time today and it was a 1000/10! Highly recommend their hot smoked sausage as well. This location is the best in VB!

It's been a year since I last reviewed Famous Al's Kemp's River. Everything has changed! The food is better, the service is better. They have relish and tater tots and onion rings too. Just good food at a fair price.

I love their hotdogs only thing the lady that’s always there most of the time her hair is pinned up like a ponytail she is very rude and very nasty she has the worst customer service I don’t know why she even bother to come to work will never eat at this location again went twice encountered the same rudeness all these people given good reviews are straight out lying or maybe they got lucky and it was her day off
