I just left and I must say the gentleman taking the orders and cooking the food did his thing. Great customer service and very professional. Not to mention the food was on point. Thank you! When he’s cooking I’m going in for sure 👍🏾

The meal quality was substandard, with many side dishes unavailable. The chicken exhibited a strong off-flavor suggestive of reused cooking oil. Prior online reviews should have served as a cautionary indicator, though I attempted to remain optimistic. In retrospect, patronizing the Norfolk location would have been preferable, given its consistently positive reputation.

Every time you try to place an online order with GrubHub Uber eat DoorDash and you try to get fried pork chops. They will lie and say that they do not have any because they honestly just don’t wanna cook it. Uber eats always have to give me my money back because the restaurant canceled it because employees are being that lazy. There’s no manager there to express this and and when you asked to speak to a manager, they would lie the employee and act like they’re a manager and say that they don’t have pork chops But when you call and ask, do they have it they will say yes but when you do an online order they will cancel it. These employees or this restaurant and restaurant need to be fired. This is very unprofessional and it don’t make no sense. They are not being held accountable for the lack of professionalism at the job.

I thought I'd try a new place to order from and chose Feather 'n Fin. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks I ordered online only to be very disappointed. Both times I ordered through Seamless. I waited until Seamless said the food was ready before picking up the food so it would be fresh and hot. When I got there both times, they hadn't started cooking my order yet, so I had to wait another 15 minutes or so for my order to be cooked. Both times, the excuse was that their "iPad wasn't turned on," so they had no clue my order existed. You would think after 3 weeks of knowing orders weren't being seen because the iPad was off that they'd turn it back on. Or maybe they meant the iPad was broken despite telling me both times the iPad just wasn't turned on. If it was broken, 3 weeks is long enough to replace or repair the device so they could continue receiving the orders from Seamless. But it didn't happen, so I was wasting time ordering and paying online only to have to show up and place my order a 2nd time. What added insult to the situation was how both times the cashiers became irritated that I'd ordered and they didn't see the order, didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake, and spoke to me like I was annoying them and bothersome. Especially after I explained it was the 2nd time in a row I had ordered, paid, waited, and wound up having to order again and wait even though Seamless said the food was ready. Both times, they acted like I was somehow at fault and refused to acknowledge it was even minimally their error for not turning on the iPad. The food tasted OK. It was definitely hot. But I think I'll be going back to Pollards from now on. They talk to me, smile, and own their mistakes. And Pollards fried gizzards aren't as hard and chewy.

My go to one is the Norfolk location. This one is basically the same the prices are different, the menu is the same. The grease was a tad bit old. Customer service was great.

I am not happy today! I did not receive the food I ordered for delivery from your website. I ordered the 4 piece chicken special with a small potato salad and a small collard greens. However, I received 2 small mac&cheese with 2 thighs and 2 chicken breast. Because I don't like mac&cheese and chicken thighs, you as a business owner should be mindful of what your customers enjoy. Since this is the first hiccup in my order being screwed up, I will continue to support your business. However, please inform the customer via email, text or Doordash delivery that you do not have potato salad or collard greens so I can make the decision on my side orders.

This is a great place if you have 27min to wait for fries and 1 piece of chicken. They never have whats on the menu. Dont be expect to be greeted they just point to the kiosk and dont even think about paying with cash. Went to this place 3 different times and each time its a problem. Cant pay with cash the owner was at the bank. No sides at 1pm in the afternoon on a Saturday. I was sitting there for 10 min before they told me no mac no greens nothing but chicken . Staff is rude about it. How about put a sign on the door or kiosks.

If there was a way to give this place no stars I would. On 9/20/24 around noon, my father and I walk inside for a big order. Before we could tell the woman the second part of our order, she cuts my father off telling us about not being able to ring up the order and that we had to put it in the kiosk machine. She was hostile about it when she told this and mentioned something of a sign that they put in front of the store. Her attitude already rubbed me the wrong way but i asked her will I have to pay with my card because I had cash. I did not want to pay with my card. My dad asked that same question and the girl was again very hostile, being animated, turning her back towards us and looking at the woman in the back as if we did something wrong to her. She claimed that she explained this three times to us but didn't tell us anything that's why we had questions. We had been in this location a few times and no one told us that they couldn't type our order in. The woman kept being animated and all over the place. So my dad finally just told her I understand but the woman kept asking did we understand as if we were kids instead of just asking what was the order. I was completely frustrated at this point I can tell my father was too. My father and I just decided we didn't want anything and the woman asked "oh its like that?" And my father replies "yes its like that because you are rude." The conversation goes downhill from there. My father was heated and I haven't seen him that angry in a long time. Then the woman wants to play the I'm a woman card and I literally had to pull my dad out the restaurant. Now my father didn't call the woman out her name or anything but she comes outside as we're getting in the car to leave and calls my father a B as other people are pulling up. This was the worst customer service I've ever seen. I wish I knew the woman's name because I wanna report her. People like this is the reason why businesses fail and I will NEVER return to this location. Anyone with a business, please be careful who you hire. Professionalism goes a long way.

I'd like to be fair with this ONLINE ORDER FOR PICK UP review because for the most part, the food was decent....Fish, okay. BUT without notification my ordered collard greens became straight out a refrigerator (chilled) green beans LOL! Online I checked ADD MAYO to my Pork Chop Sandwich, nothing..but NOPE, not even a pack of mayo in the bag ?. Baked beans....got'em but as frig-chilled as the green beans. My small livers & gizzards had an online option of soft or hard, so I chose SOFT, but these hurt my gums trying to chew'em. BUT, once I cooked (okay "HEATED") er'thang - and got my Hellman's out, it was all okay! I just wished folks cared about online orders...oh well!
