Feather 'n' Fin

This feather n fin says open on sundays. Got to the location it’s closed. Went to two Norfolk locations both are out of fish!

I was here based on recommendations. My order gizzards for lunch. They were cooked as I asked. They were fresh and hot. I usually do not eat in my car while driving but I couldn’t refuse the smell. Let me just say, my meal did not make it to my next destination.

First of all the air condition was broke and ot was 90° in there second we waited for 20 minutes for our food. We ordered the four piece special for $15. I ordered two legs and two thighs. I did not get what I wanted. The fries were hot. I ordered some gizzards. They were hot but the chicken tasted like it was 10 days old. It was hard. It wasn't edible. It tasted like they cooked it 10 days old. Throw it in the microwave and put it on your plate. it was so nasty. I am so upset with these people.

Excellent service, Jaiquan was friendly, made me feel at home as soon as I walked in the door👍🏽, very knowledgeable in helping me decide what to order, and the food was hot, fresh and delicious, perfectly cooked😋

Food was hot, fresh and cooked made to order!!! Been wanting some good fried gizzards for a long time. I got exactly what I been looking for.

My visit was pleasant and enjoyable. Service was great. The gentleman behind the counter, was out standing. The food was pretty good. This was first time here, and I entered in thinking it was the other restaurant next door, and I was surprised. It was worth it.

The first thing that stood out to me on my first visit here was the excellent service, so I'm really confused by the bad service reviews. The two young men working when I went couldn't have been more helpful and polite as well as professional.
Tried the fish sandwich combo, fries and a drink.
Fairly priced if not cheap compared to everyone else's prices these days.
Clean place, friendly staff, and decent food. Will be back.

Terrible service. Ordered a Hail Mary Chicken Sandwich. Which is advertised with bacon lettuce and tomatoes. Instead I got a stale chicken sandwich with cheese and nothing else. Disgusting. I don’t know what the hype is about. Popeyes chicken sandwich is better honestly. At least it’s crispy! And that’s something co diferí g how bad Popeyes is

Hadn't been to feather 'n' fin in over 30 years. Had the fried chicken livers. They tasted just like they did 30 yrs ago. Very moist. Fries were also good. Highly recommend.

They should shut this bs down!! They never pick up the phone and when Yu go there the bs is closed when it should be open !! The Norfolk locations are the best this location is trash and whoever owns it should be ashamed of themselves

Our first time coming to the Virginia Beach location we were pleasantly surprised the restaurant was clean and Chris customer service was out of this world. The food was amazing and we received our order in a timely manner. Chris was very welcoming. Thank you Chris and we will return when we come back to town.

The Virginia Beach Blvd location is a disaster! We first came here almost 2 years ago and everything was great. Now the place seems to be run by disengaged teenagers with horrible attitudes. Most main and side options are never available. The sassafras teenagers argue with customers about using the kiosks and about order correctness. Very sad to see a black-owned business fail so badly. Do better or close down! If you can’t provide anything on the menu (including fountain drinks) stop wasting everyone’s time!

I just left and I must say the gentleman taking the orders and cooking the food did his thing. Great customer service and very professional. Not to mention the food was on point. Thank you! When he’s cooking I’m going in for sure 👍🏾

The meal quality was substandard, with many side dishes unavailable. The chicken exhibited a strong off-flavor suggestive of reused cooking oil. Prior online reviews should have served as a cautionary indicator, though I attempted to remain optimistic. In retrospect, patronizing the Norfolk location would have been preferable, given its consistently positive reputation.
