Went to the one on virginia beach blvd. First the machine was not working to order your food. Guy in front of us took about 10 minutes to order. Then it went blank, eventually they took our order. My shrimp and fries were missing the fries. Asked for cocktail sauce. Didn’t have any. Shrimp was over cooked. Horrible will never go back.

I came here on Saturday, March 16th and a lady by the name of Nicole was working. The kiosk is very confusing to place an order and I just asked her a question and she was very nasty and rude. I didn't deserve that kind of service. I'm coming here paying my money and what I want back in return is good quality service. This is not acceptable and she need disciplinary actions to be taken or be put back in training in good customer service one on one.

This is my third time coming to this location. The ONLY reason I came back is because the food is good. But, is my last time coming because the girls that work there are very disrespectful and rude!!! One of them started cursing at a customer for asking for seasoning. Then had the nerve to yell out asking if she could put the two orders I purchased in one box. I said no because they’re two orders she then proceeded to roll her eyes like I’m doing a disservice to her. Customer service sucks all around. I don’t know what happened to the two men I seen someone raving about how their service was excellent, but these girls in there now are bad for business. I hope the owner of this establishment are reading these reviews.

Terrible customer service. 1st visit we thought was terrible because they’re newly opened but second time was just the same. My husband and I pulled up with 20 minutes till closing and they had already shut down for the night and we’re waiting in the car…. Won’t be returning…

What a terrible customer service experience. I’ve ordered twice thinking the first time they had a bad day but no it’s consistently not good and with the worst customer service with employees who lack respect and just don’t care. The second time I went in another customer had mold on their food and asking for a refund. Will not return.

The worst. I walked in at 730pm and one of the employees was sitting down and the first thing she said was "we dont have chicken". Okkkkkay. I looked at the menu and walked out to let my fiance know since he wanted something small from there. I went back in to order a couple items that they did have and both employees just sat and chatted at one of the tables and didnt get up to get my order. For it to be a newer location, their service sucks. I will never come back. I would give Feather n Fin no stars if I could. Maybe take notes from Iggles next door. They know customer service.

Had ordered the 4 pc chicken & the food wasPretty good..but the guy who took my orderWas not so nice at all...I paidAnd realized my ticket was for"Dine In..."After I paid and try to to the other Lady thatIt was "To GO"..and she was extremely Rude & replied "you'll get it in a to go bag anyways"At that point I was glad I was taking it "To Go"She laterSaid "You're order is Ready"In a condensediing Attitude...And shoved the bag in my Face...& I didn't feel welcomed at all ...I can't believe she even works there still..Customer service really Sucked.I Won't be Back.Parking: Other cars were taking up spots.And not parked correctly takingUp 4 spots...for 2 cars...
