Girl taking orders was rude, I haven't been here before, I had to walk her through me wanting a combo and asking for salt and pepper, you would have thought it was coming out of her pay check... Food was ok I guess

Roommate and I went to one to get some food, at 8:30. We had ordered nearly an hour ago at this point and come to find it very much closed, not a person in sight. So either the hours aren't 10:30-9 and it hasn't been updated, or the system let us order to a closed restaurant.

The worst part is that we lost points that had been saved up for months to get a free sub so that's neat. :)

Fixed/ replaced an order that was wrong the previous week... but seemed annoyed I was even asking. I'd tried calling multiple times.. either no answer or hung up on.. so finally had to go back up there.

Was there 10/14 at 4:49...I ordered the turkey bacon ranch... large. (And something else..irrelevant) I'd asked for ranch on the side...it wasn't until later and home when I went to eat that I noticed the ranch was left off... the whole point of the sandwich is to have it with the ranch. (I just don't want it messy so I wait until I'm ready to eat a section to add it). sent a message days ago, tried calling multiple times and no one picks up. dial-tone.

I love your food and the service is great but every time I go there is wildly inappropriate shows or movies played on your TV and loudly as well. It's mostly anime and this past time it was a horror movie. I go there with my kids and they are afraid of the stuff on the TV. Also, I'm not interested in watching things like that or DragonBallZ while I eat. It's been like this every time I go in and I eat there often. I'm assuming the owner has no idea what gets played so hopefully this can be corrected when they are made aware. Thanks

It was a great experience and the food was perfect. The manager made my sandwich and was nice enough to cut it in fours and give me an extra pickle for my son. I'll certainly be back.

The food was fine, and the service was friendly, just very slow.

Just go to the one at Strawbridge they have new management and are the best location around. As a first responder this place is terrible. The staff was rude and acted bothered by me ordering one combo sandwich meal which was wrong when I got in my car and checked and upside down and soggy when I opened it up. Just don’t even brother going here.

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and had an exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Shiv is an exceptional manager! The restaurant was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

I ordered the spicy cajun chicken sub, and it was fantastic. The bread was fresh, and the ingredients were top-notch. It was clear that they use high-quality ingredients and put a lot of care into preparing each sandwich.

I also appreciate their dedication to community service and first responders, which is evident in their décor and mission. It's nice to support a business that gives back to the community.

Overall, my experience at Firehouse Subs was excellent. Great food, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal
